This place is probably the slowest Dunkin' I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if you go to the counter, through the drive-thru, or order ahead. They take forever for anything that isn't a donut. Also disappointingly the hot chocolate was like water which is very unlike what you normally get at Dunkin'. Don't know if they're having a staffing issue, but something definitely needs to be improved.
I am definitely addict to the Dunkin's. I like the spider donut for Halloween's season Here's staffs were phenomenal. We got different coffee that we ordered, but they gave us new one immediately. Thanks for your service and I will keep love donut time with a sip of a cup of coffee
Today I was at a Dunkin, I was greeted by an employees who was helping me put in an order. He was new, so he made a mistake, so the manager, wearing a dress up shirt, black tall man, was helping him, but instead of helping the lad, he was extremely rude to him. I’ve seen him other times, and have always had a bad interaction with him. He must be fired!
One of my teas weren’t sweet at all and had to redo it. Then they got my food order messed up only a croissant with cheese with no egg. Had to take it back in and told them it was supposed to be an egg cheese croissant. I explained to them I had a doctors appointment that I was now probably going to be late for they sort of made fun of me as I was leaving and said “don’t be late now” !Overall I don’t recommend coming to this dunkin location at all.
[Not a paid review, unlike many of them here] If you're looking to order a dozen of already made donuts and be stuck in a line that you cant get out for 25-30 minutes... this is your place. It's been 25 minutes and I'm stuck in my car with my kids that need to go to school soon now. I will never be back.Food: 5/5
I had an awesome time at this dunkin today. The employee, Aaliyah, was so kind and helpful. She recommended me the hashbrowns, and I loved them so much I went back and bought another. Her personality shines through and you can tell she is a pro. My bagel was fluffy and hot! Just how I like it. I will for sure be back!
Very clean Dunkin Donuts that is easy to access and depart. We just got coffees. Our coffees were fresh, hot and made as ordered. The staff was on point, friendly and very fast with getting customers through the store and drive-thru. The dining room was open when we stopped in. Not sure if this is a daily changing thing or not. So eating in may be hit or miss.
Absolutely disgusting. My food tasted like chemicals and my order was completely wrong and everything was way overpriced, the donuts were old and nasty and environment was very unprofessional and unclean. Never again. Coffee was good but overall I dont recommend.Food: 1/5
Absolutely, love this Dunkin’! The two employees in there today are amazing. My husband orders the weirdest iced coffee. They were patient and made it to his liking. I wish I got the employees names because they made the drinks and the whole experience wonderful. My husband wants to come to only this one.
I was there yesterday got a frozen coffee was like water and did not taste like usual I went back today to get my frozen coffee still like water but wrong flavor also I usually have no issues but frozen means thick not water and it's vanilla everyday and today I got butter pecan to sweet as much as they cost you should get it right and make it frozen
