It’s my first Rolex ever and definitely amazing experience shopping in Eiseman. Like most of everyone, we have no luck in the pass few years finding the Rolex I want and being able to purchase it. Most of time you see it on the catalog and waited for years but still in vain. My BF and myself were ordinary walk-in customer and trying to shop for my birthday gift. Mr. Urek was the one assisting us and made me have the best birthday celebration in the past 30 years! He was extremely patient, nice and friendly. He was spot on our need and make us feel special and unique. The Olive DJ he brought out was not the one I have been looking for but it was stunning! Urek knew I was looking for a white or Pearl dial and before he showed us the Olive one. He said you never know you want a green one simply because you have never seen it in live and he is absolutely RIGHT! It was classic and pretty and immediately I forgot about the while or Pearl dial one. Urek definitely know the products and customers well and kindly explain us through the process. I have never had any sales advisor nicer or more friendly than he is in any luxury shop. I am looking for coming back for our ring!
I recently purchased a piece of jewelry from Eiseman Jewels at Northpark, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the jewelry is exceptional and the attention to detail is evident. The customer service I received throughout the purchasing process at Eiseman was outstanding. Michall LaRochelle helped me with my purchase, and he was knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He was also very patient and accommodating, allowing me to try on multiple pieces before making my final choice. Overall, I highly recommend this Eiseman Jewels at Northpark, and I will seek out Michall to help me in the future. The quality, customer service, and pricing were all excellent. I will definitely be returning for future jewelry purchases.
Absolutely phenomenal experience with Kay Kuneman at Eiseman Jewels. I am an extremely young customer but Kay treated me with the utmost respect and friendliness; unlike some other Rolex ADs I have visited. Ask for Kay when you come in, you’ll be glad you did.
Earlier this month, I went and purchased my first Rolex DJ 41mm from this location. The client advisor who assisted me was named, Mitch Rowden. This was the exact luxury timepiece that I have been searching for and we had some prior interactions before I received his call about the watch, which were all great. We had really great conversations about other Rolex models I’m a bit of a watch enthusiast and he seems like he was too, so we hit it off great. He was very friendly and helpful. My family accompanied me wife & two young daughters and he showed us the upmost respect. Offered us all refreshments and even showed us some other jewelry that was stunning. I hope that when the time comes that he is able to help me get my next luxury timepiece. Great experience. Thank you, Mitch. Hello I am in the market to purchase my second Rolex time piece. I had the most horrible experience a client can have at Eiseman Jewelers. However, today, on Mother’s Day, I had a disrespectful and total disastrous in person encounter to buy a watch with Mr Eiseman’s son at the Eiseman Jewels store in North Park Mall. I had met the the original owner 10 years ago and I can say with utmost certainty that things have gone south. I found the sled person to be extremely Judgmental, disrespectful and dismissive in his nature and had NO common human courtesy. Knowing, I had a Rolex already, I just inquired about a certain time piece from Rolex and the answer was you should go an buy to the dealer in Florida - as you have a relationship with him. I told that it’s too far and I am local now, the answer was I can’t help you. Complete disregard to my request. Additionally, upon telling him that I would share my review of this experience- the answer was- he doesn’t care and this review would not get me a watch from Rolex. Absolutely horrible and disgraceful- I am not interested in writing reviews to buy watches, but his response were obnoxious to say the least! Lastly when I told him that I will inform Rolex- his response was - he speaks to them regularly and again doesn’t care. The craziest thing is - he was wearing a blue suit and was dressed fairly well but his demagogue was really poor and showed no Courtesy and humility or even acknowledgement that someone has come to the mall and walked into the store. Basically I understand that the gentleman doesn’t care about his or Rolex’s reputation! And the current supply demand issue might be allowing his petty arrogance to be fed! Not sure for how long as we can see things are improving. After the encounter, Meghan spoke to me and took my information and told me she would help me. But my day was pretty much ruined by the dismal display from the owner himself. Extremely horrible if I had an ability to give -10 stars I would give it in a heart beat. The most horrible luxury retailer experience I have every had! Poor!
This was my first luxury watch experience and it was the absolute best! Andrea was happy to greet me and my partner, we were looking at Tudor watches and she was happy to help, was very knowledgeable, and accommodating. This was a big breath of fresh air, unlike some other jewelry stores where most of their salespeople feel very stuff and snobby, like one of those “if you have to ask the price you can’t afford it” kind of people. She happily talked price and said we’d come back to definitely buy a watch from her. Well, we had lunch, and decided to come back to look at a Tudor Pelagos that caught my eye when we were there. After a few minutes, I had to have it. She happily organized everything, and helped me size my watch for my wrist even the jeweler, don’t remember his name, was very nice as well. Gave us some history on the store, just an overall pleasant luxury watch buying experience. I live in Austin but will definitely be back to Dallas to come back to buy a Rolex from Andrea!
Heather has been a pleasure to work with throughout my experience with Eiseman Jewels. She takes the time to get to know her clients very well and remembers me by name every time I come visit. She has extensive knowledge with timepieces and was able to secure the one that I had requested! I really appreciate Heather's approachability and friendliness and would recommend anyone that visits Eiseman Jewels to ask for her!
100% recommend working with Steve Phillips. Such a friendly, honest and caring man. Purchased two watches from him and today, on my birthday, he was able to arrange a special request and was also able to accommodate some very fine jewelry for my wedding anniversary coming up in about a week. All in all, I will 100% be coming back to see Steve for all special occasions and also just to see what they have. The experience far outweighs what I can say in words. Go in, ask for him. Thank you Steve.
Urek was very helpful and professional. Made our 1st Rolex experience super memorable. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for watches or jewelry.
Purchased my first Rolex, and Urek made what I thought was going to be a rather daunting process extremely smooth and efficient. The service at Eiseman is none other than first class, and Urek is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and the various models. Most impressively, he seems to have a knack for fitting particular models to the individual client based on their needs, profession, and personality. He takes the time to get to know you, your family, and your interests. The process seemed more to me like a "match" rather than a simple transaction. I will continue to purchase from Eiseman for further jewelry needs Rolex or otherwise.
