My husband put my engagement ring and our wedding rings on lay away in March. Got the rings the end of April. We got married July 7, 2013 and a week later the top partition that holds the small diamonds fell off. It was apparent that when our rings went to get sized which they charged me 39.99 plus tax to do even though we spent 500.00 on our set my engagement ring was not properly put back together. I gp to Marquise Jewelers to have it repaired and the first thing I was told by the lady who is always in there, it will be 39.99. I then asked her was it normal that there jewelry falls apart. She then said I didn't purchase a warranty. First of all I was never told getting a warranty was an option, until then and you haven't even asked me my name so you do not know if I have a warranty or not! She then proceed to yell at me when I was the one with broken jewelry. She accused me of hitting my ring on something. Let me say this again I did not EVER hit my ring on anything to cause it to fall apart, I was talking to my husband and next thing I hear is Clink Clink Clink..the top part of my ring falling. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THEIR JEWELRY FALLS APART!!!!! I REPEAT THEIR JEWELRY FALLS APART AND THEY ARE VERY SHADY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS JUST THE MONEY. I SHOULD OF WENT TO JARED'S OR ANYWHERE BESIDES HERE. I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE GOT TREATED ALOT BETTER. I WILL SAY AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE THEIR JEWELRY FALLS APART!!!!

The service I received was nothing short of amazing, not to mention the deal that they offered. My fiance and I both walked away with our wedding ring/band. Thank you Marquise Jewelers
