Best School ever they help u a lot out here I give this school 10/10 Cause everyone so sweet and kind
Staff is very rude when accompanied my son for the first time for disability especially counselors and the lady counselor for disability she was the rudest of them all they say we as parents don’t have a say while helping your kids get registered when we’re on the paper work for paying these loans they definitely need retraining with there staff in how to talk to parents we are only trying to help them especially with a disability we don’t want them to miss anything that’s why I feel we should be there when registering a special ed student they don’t want parents to be there on on purpose so they don’t have to give special accommodations to special Ed kids absolutely disappointed
This schools staff sucks! And not the teachers im talking about the councelors and registration and financial aid. Instead of helping you they keep sending you to other people who send you back. Only head counselor takes time to help you. Unlike utep these people seem to not care about the education. They don't point you in the right direction and if youre undecided in your major the forget it, theyll tell you to figure it out rather than take time and go over options.... Avoid the short counselor old man w glasses. He blows!
Don't know if it's all EPCC, but for sure the northwest campus is horrible!! The staff never answer the phone, the "counselors" don't know what they're doing and all they do is send you to someone else who doesn't know anything either. Trying to get info on what classes are needed for a nursing degree was a circus. Don't waste your time and money, go to UTEP, Dona Ana Community College, or NMSU instead. Avoid this place!
I am taking classes there. The admissions and faculty were very helpful getting me situated.
I actually like it here. Totally recommend coming here.
Northwest Campus Sucks, they're no help at all, very small as heck, and they don't have the classes I gotta take, I'm been stressing so much going to the campus for things I have to do, and they telling me I have to go on the East side of the classes, very stupid, and they only have a little bit of people going in that campus, pathetic.
Great place to start off with your education. Everyone is helpful. I don't want to leave
They NEVER answer phones unless you get the general operator on the line and complain THEN AND ONLY THEN will he go personally make someone answer the phone.
Worst location ever to a school don't have access to anything needs improvement.
