Serving Fort Bliss and the community of El Paso, Texas, the Mickelsen Community Library is located on Main post in building 2E under the NCO Academy on Sheridan Road. The branch library, the Soldier Activity Center Library, is located on East Fort Bliss (Biggs), at 20732 Constitution Avenue, across from Soto Gym.
Both locations offer the following services:

∙ Copier: 10 cents per page; Coins or dollar bills accepted
∙ Fax: 25 cents per page; Cash only
∙ Printing: 10 cents per page; Must purchase GoPrint card first
