Nice library on post...was a bit confusing to find at first but i eventually found it and found the entrance which was in the side if the building. I took pictures showing the way to the main entrance so just look at the photos section. I visited here two times to use one of their computers that have CAC access to complete a couple of computer based trainings. Internet is very fast plus they also have free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are spotless and the whole facility overall is clean throughout although they have yellow caution tape everywhere inside.
This is my favorite spot going for using there computers , my time is up for PCSing. I’m going to miss the staff ; esp Ms. Delancy . always amazing, friendly! Thank y’all For being amazing!
There's a young librarian working there that has the worst attitude. My first interaction with her I brushed it off as someone having a bad day. This latest time makes me believe she truly hates her job and needs to find work else where. Everything else is nice and everyone else that works there is pleasant. However, I'll be using the local libraries for the foreseeable future.
What a great find after 9 years and 2 school age children We visited this great Library for spring break 2022
Had to wait 15 minutes for a computer. The library policy allows you 1 hour free. No printing is currently available. When the printing resumes the cost is only 10 cents a page. If available, you can get back on after your hour is up, but on a different computer. Don't count on it though because there might be a lot of foot traffic. Parking is adequate and is not a hike. The library folks sign you up at the Circulation Desk and give you a PIN that you have to enter before you can access the desktop you have been assigned to. The library is sort of warm because I don't think they have refrigerated air. If you have some books you want to donate, there is a vertical bookcase you can leave them at. It is located very near the front of the "big people's" library section which is to the left when you come down the stairs. There is a children's section that I did not venture into. It looked colorful and spacious. /// 02-02-2022//// UPDATE. There is printing but it is hit or miss. Computer time is still one hour. Staff are not as snooty. They cringe and react poorly to crunch times and when there is pressure from customers' computer usage requests. Only open M-F, 9 to 6; Computers are cutoff at 5:35pm sharp.
First time ever I experienced staff that didn't really seem to care about their customers.. where's the attention and friendliness?! I don't think that everyone who's working there, has a bad reputation, it's more about the individual s. And that saying, it's the whole team.. I'm sorry, but I saw libraries which function better.
My husband and I are from out of town and brought his disabled father to get a library card, so he could use the online Overdrive service. We arrived 2 minutes before they closed not knowing they closed early today, and the young women there would not help us. In the time it took for them to explain and us to ask questions, they could have fired up the computer and issued a card. Despite explaining the circumstances of him still navigating the handicap ramp and us being from out of town to get him there, they couldn’t be bothered to take two minutes to help him. I’m very disappointed in the service of this library! These women are part of the reason Civil Servants have a bad reputation.
Books, craft area, book club, teen book club, preschool and homeschool group book reading, many choices
Pretty good selection of books and movies. I’d rented from them whenever I’m in El Paso/ Fort Bliss area. Computers are always available when needed so that’s a huge plus! The location kinda sucks it’s attached to a school, but what can you do.
I love this place! I'm usually here every weekend, they have lots of stuff to check out, including movies and games. Very kids friendly as well.
