My friends and I stayed here 2 nights for the Beyonce concert and I just wanted to make a review because their front desk agent Georgia was beyond amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and always had a smile on her face even though It was crazy in there. She made us feel welcomed and that our needs were met immediately with no hesitation. Who ever hired her made the right choice because she was nothing but a delight!!!!
We had our entire baseball team stay here and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly! I actually can't say enough how impressed we were by their kindness. They have a really good breakfast as well. They do have an extensive rules list that requires children to be with parents at all times. This was actually okay with us because it kept the hotel pretty quiet and allowed everyone to sleep. Great courtyard area where you can hang out and let the kids play. Our kids also enjoyed the swimming pool. Awesome weight room as well. The rooms are stunning! It doesn't feel like you're staying in a hotel room It's more like a loft with a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. Highly recommended and would come back. Also, they have the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep in!
I had such a delightful stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean, equipped with a fully functional kitchen and all the necessary amenities. The shower was a refreshing experience, providing a great water flow. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were luxuriously fluffy. Both me and my two furry companions thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was a wonderful experience overall!
The full suites at this hotel and excellently priced and a truly great bargain. The rooms are spotless, the kitchens fully equipped, and at least mine had a full fridge. This made my weeklong stay so pleasant. It is located close enough to downtime to be a quick and cheap Uber ride while being far enough from major roads to have quiet rooms except for occasional trains. However, there is very little in walking distance for food. So I had groceries delivered and took advantage of the full kitchen amenities. The complimentary breakfast is cooked and served to order and is of a good quality for a hotel. Not enough hotels have breakfast anymore. It is always my preference for simplicity whenever I travel if possible. The contactless check-in and check-out in addition to digital key via a phone app is always so nice too. Overall, my stay at this hotel was one of the best I’ve had in years. I travel frequently for work several times a year too. Thank you!
Stayed here for 4 nights while traveling for work. I stayed in Room 258 directly above the main vestibule. PROS: The room furniture was very tasteful and the kitchenette including 2 sets of dishes was cool. The internet was fast 500/500 and the A/C was on point. The bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was on point. The lobby was trendy and the atmosphere was cool. Plenty of USB charging outlets and decent use of space. The breakfast options were great and the chef was a pleasure to talk with. CONS: Elements only clean the room every three days - I can't complain though as the budget reflected this when compared to other hotels. The location, while not a bad part of town, has a lot of construction. You can hear road noise from Diamond Parkway, especially "Jake Brakes" on trucks. You can also hear upper footsteps clearly and in my particular room, the shower door leaked quite a bit, soaking an entire towel per shower. The hotel seems new but the construction seems a bit rushed - like overpaint on wall plates, cabinets out of alignment, TV components visible from behind the TV, etc. - like a "house flip" I would defiantly stay here again as it fit the budget and checked most of my boxes. I would plan differently around the room cleaning schedule.
Called twice in advance to make sure we would be able to check in early was told twice that they would be able to do so but when we came to check in after driving all through the night 12 hours straight that our room was not ready and wouldn't be ready till much later. After waiting for 3 hours in their uncomfortable lobby was told once again that the room was not ready and they had no clue when it would be ready. During that entire wait their upfront desk assistance was constantly playing on their phone watching loud videos and talking to friends loudly on the phone and could care less about giving us any real assistance or an exact time as to when our room would be ready. Ended up finding a different hotel to check into right away with better room pricing. Got 2 rooms for the price of what one room would be here and better guest services.
Overall great hotel experience. Breakfast in AM was good. Everything was clean. My only gripe is signage on 4th floor. I was in room 462. The sign says room 462 to the right. I walked all the way down looking for room and was so confused because it wasn't there. So I go back to sign to make sure I wasn't crazy long flight and it was after midnight. Look again the room is the first room the left. The signage is clearly wrong.
The rooms are super clean & neat. The lady at the front desk I believe her name was Tina was super sweet & helped me out during breakfast time. Mr Oliver was amazing & also helpful with my kids during breakfast as well. We will def be coming back next summer!Rooms: 5/5
If you like a utilitarian type hotel with a no frills approach, then this place is perfect. Rooms are clean and lobby area is bright. Service is as expected for this type hotel - neither over the top or disappointing. Worth the stay for the lower cost.Rooms: 4/5
We booked a 5 day stay for our family of 4. We did not opt-out of room cleaning due to the length of the stay, however no staff ever cleaned our room. We had to call down to the front desk, and pick up at the desk, towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The receptionist would only give me 3 towels for our 4 person family, so I just took a stack of pool towels. If the room had sufficient hooks or towel bars we could have stretched the original towels out, but they were always soaked because there's no where to dry them. They only picked up the pile of wet towels and trash I set by the door on day 4 because I wrote a note & stuck it to the door. The kitchenette setup is nice, it has a full set of pots, pans, and 2 sets of dishware. Beds are firm but comfortable. Room was clean when we arrived. Digital keycard never worked in the app, but they did provide a physical keycard at check-in when asked. Nearby activities: 15 minutes to Worlds of Fun, 10 minutes to downtown
