Englewood Public Library

The staff here is very friendly, welcoming, and especially helpful. The building’s architecture and layout are fascinating, and it’s worth going just to check it out and take photos. Although some patrons can get quite chatty at times, it’s generally pretty quiet. Overall, it’s pleasant and a good place to research, study, and read. Enjoy your next visit here!

its ok. i went here regularly and 5 minutes after opening every seat would be taken, so i suggest u go early too. the NOISE and the staff are hella irritating. how u gonna work at a library and be loud? and when kids run up and down the stairs and scream and laugh, they dont bother to shush them. they just laugh along contributing to the noise factor like ... yall better bring headphones or sm before coming here

Wonderful staff and resources. I was impressed by the IT equipment they had and how easy it was to get to use the computers as a guest. How cool that they let you borrow video games too! It's super weird that Englewood Cliffs doesn't pay into the library system, which is really unfortunate for Englewood Cliffs residents and their kids, but apparently politicians are to blame, definitely not the library's fault.

My family enjoys this library very much. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. Many tables to read or work on your computer. The children's section is great. They also have a return box by the entrance which is great if you don't have time to drop off your books Inside.

Great Drop-in Play Group Ages 0-3. Large space, lots of toys. Kids watch & learn from each other, caretakers socialize & teach about sharing & cleaning up. Thank you, Englewood Library, for providing this wonderful space for babies & the people who watch them!

I love our library. The building itself is stunning circa 1968 rotunda shape structure WOW! Form and function. Whoever had the idea and got it through the accountants should have a plague in front of the library: Thursday evening concerts through summer, kids programs, teens!!! I so hope they could keep it going for another 50 years!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING events, services , books, audios, programs. A staple for social living in this progressive little town. JAZZ UNDER THE STARS. Sharpe Radway Ensemble, with special guest - my co worker/friend Cynthia Soriano. Love her sound

Compete joke. Tried to charge me for a book they claimed had been damaged. Caused a scene called me a liar. Turns out she didn’t read the notes the book came to me damaged. Learn to read you’re a librarian.

The staff members are knowledgeable, friendly & demonstrate excellent patience.
