Solid 4 and a half stars.  I rented an F-250 for 24 hours. K. did my signing out and he was very pleasant, rather fun and very professional. C., very professional, ambitious, fun. The pickup truck selection here at this little known lot is superb. Everybody has bad days - and especially since this is still CovidTime but the general manager here strikes me as someone who has an in-law as VP or something.  Before I told C. my opinion about her boss' lameness but after I lauded her & K. she said for sure I was going to get review request via email right away. Well, it's been 9 hours....

A great experience, every time! I skip locations closer to the airport when flying into Portland and it’s well-worth it. Ask for Ian when you call or arrive! Ian exemplifies customer-service, treats you like family, and swiftly alleviates any concerns you have that might arise!

Fast, kind service. They fulfilled my rental needs and drove me home after I returned the car. Excellent location.

Incredibly fast about 5min to get the van, 5min to drop off and incredibly nice honestly, everyone was ridiculously kind and made sure I had everything I needed.  Could not recommend more highly - will be my go to so long as I am in Oregon!

Matt here is the best customer services representative ever. Went above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I was very happy with his service. I went on Thursday evening at 8 pm. Thank you for being so considerate!!

Dealt with Enterprise after my beloved Honda got totaled. The whole thing was paid through the other guy's insurance. Ian at the Columbia branch is top-notch and supremely competent. He was a huge help throughout the whole process. Including when the rental I got was *also* totaled in an unrelated incident.  Next time I need to rent a car I would be happy to go here. I'd be happy to travel across town if I needed to. They're great!

Had a great experience renting with this branch. I’ve been in and out of 3 different rentals while my car is getting repaired. The cars were all clean and in great shape. Both Ian and Austin provided an excellent customer experience. Shoutout to Ian for running the whole branch on his own the day I turned in my latest rental. I’ll be coming back to this branch next time I need a rental car.

They are great people. They seem to have limited cars at times but they will give you a free upgrade. Their hours are pretty limited and they do not have a secure drop off point.

Ian and the staff are great people to deal with. Rented a car for almost a week and they made it very easy.

Absolutely perfect rental experience from start to finish. I don’t remember any names to drop sorry
