The office staff are so rude, they get short with people and are hateful with people as soon as they walk in the door. I will be changing doctors because of the front office . Which is really sad because the NP I saw for my kids was really nice, and it's nothing against her but I cant handle someone being rude for no reason.
There's a lot of Truth in most of these reviews. For one Dr Schultz really is great, however I am at the point where I am ready to switch doctors because the office staff has continually let me down for years now. As others have stated they simply do not return calls and they do not seem to care at all about the patients. So much of my time has been wasted just trying to get simple things like PAs submitted, and all I ever get from them is a bunch of passing the buck and playing ignorant. Being ignored like this is absolutely disrespectful and I think it's time to find another doctor if they can't make it right. I would like to think they will see this review and reach out to me and try to assist, but I am almost 100% certain this will not happen.
Evansville primary care has rhe most compassionate doctors in the tri-state area. Dr Brougher and his staff especially Amanda are amazing. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the patients get the best care and fast treatment. She is caring and polite and very helpful and it makes going to the doctor and getting the best treatment and care possible. Thank you Evansville Primary Care for giving me and my family the best.
The doctor and all the nurse practitioners are great! Especially Stacey! She truly listens to your concerns and Suggests new things that work! She’s a great listener & isn’t the type of NP that rushes patients! Best PCP that I’ve ever had! Also the front staff is very kind and welcoming! You all Rock!
Dr. Schultz goes above and beyond for his patients! He is kind, knowledgeable, gentle, and understanding. We highly recommend him!
I want everyone in Evansville to know that Dr.Brougher and his staff are the best in Evansville! They are all wonderful especially Amanda his nurse she goes above and beyond! And all the staff and Dr are friendly and courteous and professional and they don’t just treat you like another patient but like your family!!! They are the best in Evansville! That’s 100% the absolute truth!!! My whole family goes there cause there is no one else I would trust with my loved ones!!!
Caring, compassionate, understanding and encouraging. From Dr. Schultz to his super qualified Nurse Practitioners, Medical Staff and Reception Techs, my experience with them has been beneficial to the point He/They saved my life and are helping me learn how to deal with diagnosis & improving quality of life.
I would give Evansville Primary Care a 10-star review if that was an option. Dr. David Schultz is one of Evansville's treasures. He has been my physician for four years. During these years he has consistently been a compassionate and attentive listener to my health concerns. God has blessed him with a brilliant mind and an empathetic heart, both of which he uses with passion as he cares for his patients. When I am in his office he treats me as though I am the only person that needs his help, never being rushed to finish my appointment. As a diagnostician he is gifted, and does not stop investigating symptoms until he has reached an accurate diagnosis. I know that his care has added years and quality to my life. I also have the most high praise for his nurse practitioner, Brittney. She is highly competent, takes time to answer my questions, and demonstrates her caring heart in every interaction. She is an asset to the practice. The office staff responds promptly to messages I send through DeaconessMyChart. Thank you to Dr. Schultz and all of the staff at Evansville Primary Care for offering hope and encouragement. Suzanne B.
Dr. Schultz is an amazing doctor. He is thorough and very caring. He doesn't try to rush through appointments. He is informative and goes out of his way to make sure his patients understand their situation. Dr. Schultz NP Brittnie is amazing as well!
Entire staff, ALL, are genuinely caring about you and your family. Take exceptional care of my elder mom, and can feel the love. I WOULDN'T trade them for anything. It gets lost on others how BUSY they are. The best Family Care I've ever had!!
