I had a tonsillectomy here May 2nd, 2023! To say they were amazing is an understatement! From start to finish they never left my side and answered every question I had so thoroughly. My surgeon was Dr. Palmer. In recovery I had Leanne. In the OR assisting me I had Gayle, Kaylee, and Mel. And for Preop I had Jodie! All these people were fantastic and I definitely recommend if you are seeking anything they can help with! Such a fantastic group of people! Thank you St. Vincent Surgicare!
I had the most amazing surgical experience at this location! The nurses are FANTASTIC! Every part of my stay was met with professionalism, smiles, and safety protocols. I felt so at ease with them all in charge of my life. Cannot say enough amazing things! Thank you so much
I had a procedure on Friday afternoon and was treated wonderfully. From the first phone call to when the procedure was completed and they walked with me out the door. I was treated respectfully and professionally. We also shared a lot of giggles to make me more comfortable. Thank you to everyone that helped me, you are all the best.
I have been to St. Vincent Surgicare 3 times for my two children. 2 of the times were for ear tubes, the 3rd time was for my 2 year old to have her tonsils and adenoids removed. The care the entire staff showed from the moment we walked in, the moment we left, and following up several days after we got home was nothing short but amazing. My daughter is independent at spirit, so I knew it would be a challenge when she was waking up from the anesthesia. Through her tantrum, trying to pull off the cords to the monitors/iv, and having items thrown at them, they remained professional and calm. All the while, their main focus was ensuring my daughter was comfortable. I am thoroughly pleased with the care from all staff members, nurses, and physicians. Thank you all for taking such amazing care of my little lady!
We had an amazing experience with every staff member we encountered! Our 10 month old had to get tubes in her ears and I was one worried momma! They were so welcoming and reassuring, making sure we didn’t have any questions before or after! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Palmer and all of the wonderful staff!
Excellent service. I was there for my routine colonoscopy. Friendly staff and they sent me a thank you card after the procedure. What a great care and support!
We have been there twice in the last month the staff was very kind and explained the procedure thoroughly. As the one waiting it can be a little worrisome wondering how the family member is doing. They let me know when he went back and let me go back as soon as it was over. They do great about checking on you the next day. The staff is very nice, compassionate and friendly. Highly recommend.
I had an elective surgery at Ascension yesterday. The nurses were beyond kind, the facility was clean and nice. Those nurses though! Amazing and kind,Tammy took me to surgery,and another nurse cared for me after. I wish I could remember her name,thank you all soooo much!
I had an elective surgery done on my eyes. The staff was very kind and patient. They explained everything and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They took care of my belongings I had my tablet with me to read while I waited. After surgery they explained after care to both my dad and I. The nurses were helpful throughout the entire process.
Had a great greeting from attendant, I had 6 shots and they help me in lowering pain level.The Doctors we’re great in third work. But my experience they lasted around 3-1/2 months and copay little steep
