1st, don't expect to talk to a live human on the phone. Eye Dr. was great! I felt she was thorough and friendly, she gets 5 stars. I did order new glasses but there was no communication when they were ready. Because you can't call and talk to someone, I had to drive down there to get a status update.

My experience at visionworks was wonderful,the doctor was awesome he explained everything to me that I truly understood and the staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my visit,I haven't received my new glasses yet which I am excited to receive,I will certainly be going back

Was there 8/14. General manager was working front desk and very pleasant. I asked her if she could verify my insurance before I was seen and she did.  The technicians were very friendly, and the optometrist was phenomenal. She asked if I wanted to get my diabetic eye exam, and she told me my insurance covered it, which I didn't know.  Unfortunately, I did show some issues, so she made sure a referral was made on the spot.  Eyewear selection is good and has many price points. I was told my insurance had an extra benefit where I could get some marked more expensive frames for my normal insurance benefit.  The gentleman who took care of my order was very thorough, making sure I had what I wanted with no high pressure sales pitch. He explained what I would pay out of pocket for my extras clearly.  Overall, one of the best experiences I have had with my eyecare needs.

Had to send my glasses back twice. They were never right. When I called , I was told the warranty had expired and basically they couldn't/ wouldn't do anything. Needless to say,  I  will never go back to this company and will advise anybody I know to do the same. I emailed them like their response to my review said do and SHOCKER- I haven't heard another word from them. I stick by my review.

Vision works is a great place everyone that took care of me was great.  I didn't like the guy that help me when I pick them up.  I have had him before didn't like the rudest.  I will go back but hope I never have to deal with him.

1st the actual testing with Dr was great, the frame choice's selection is great and appt gone smoothly, However ! once i got my glasses and it was time to p/u the girls don't have a clue on how to give the initial fitting and acted like it was a bother to do so.  I ended up doing it myself and gone on.. It will be my last time there for a visit.

Quick service. Technician very knowledgeable. She didn't rush me. I think this is the 4th time I have gotten glasses from Vision Works and have never had an issue.

Friendly staff, got in and out quickly. I felt rushed picking out glasses, pretty much the only thing that turned me off. I remember years ago when they were "Bizer's" they had an associate to help you pick out glasses but no more. Tried to upsell on stuff I don't need. Uhhhh.....not!

The doctor and staff are very helpful and friendly. I do recommend going to see them for all of your eye care needs.

Great eye exam, was glad to se Dr Stuart Shake, I have been seeing him over the years and he is a very caring & professional.  I trust my eye care with him.
