Nice location for lax tournaments. Plenty of parking and all turf fields. Concession area with a large selection of options. Prices are to be expected for concessions. Not many outside options in the immediate area, most restaurants are 10 minutes away, but very easy to get to. Only complaint is the covered concession/dining area did not serve alcohol.
I was there for a football camp. There are three auxiliary turf fields with lights. All lined for soccer, field hockey and maybe lacrosse. The fields are not specifically lined for football. The main field is turf with lights and a scoreboard. This field has aluminum bleachers that stretch the length of the field, so about 120 yards with eight rows. This field also has NFL goal posts but this field is not lined for football. There is also a concession stand with a covered sitting area.
Nice facility. Very little shade. Outdoor temperature was 82F. The sun really cooks artificial turf. I could smell the rubber. Very hot on the field.
Great soccer fields, but no seats for spectators, and not much room to put a chair. Nice snack bar in football stadium area, and nice bathroom facilities.
This place is gorgeous but the parking is a DISASTER!! No turning lanes so be prepared to deal w backed up traffic for one. Then snaking thru parking lot after parking lot to get to an open space is a nightmare. Unsafe walking conditions to fields on little gravel and dirt paths. NOTHING is marked as where to go......and if you are on the far fields- be prepared for a good hike for the nearest porta John and food
The facilities are state of the art, so much training going on it is such a sight to behold. If you are trying to find a soccer club good luck. We have so many clubs that we have watered down our talent so much specifically to squeeze every penny out of you. Still wishing for that person that has so much money for a club that money is irrelevant and talent and character prevails.
Evergreen sportsplex has the best fields I've ever been on. They are FIFA certified with FC Barcelona holding their soccer academy there. They also have a corporate partnership program for businesses in the area.
Great facility with a good relaxing/sports bar area, has a good amount of stands and has many, many fields to play on
Fairfax Fall Brawl lax tournament for 2020. Covid shut down spectators but fields and facility were in good condition. Evergreen lax is now Hammers and still run by Ricky. Rescue bbq is as good as ever. Easy in and out. Approach from North for easy turn in make a right.
So we are a family that has been a part of ODFC, Loudoun Soccer, and Virginia Revolution. So far, I can say that this has been the best fit for our family and how we want our kids to grow in their soccer adventure. Nothing against the other organizations, but we love the staff at Revolution, the facilities, and the families that have all joined their program here. With the kids, we have two, and it’s nice that they accommodate and both get to have practices at the same time and on the same nights. Makes it a lot easier for us to get the kids to play. I also am a fan of their academy and the smaller teams. The kids are playing catch up of course, in learning spacing and team ball, as their last club didn’t do that for their age groups the way they do here. But the 4 v 4 set up for the little ones has helped my kids grow a ton in their understanding and abilities much more quickly, it just fits their learning style better.
