I am extremely impressed with the services I have received from this clinic. From the first appointment, through surgery, and through recovery, every step of the way has been 5 stars across the board. Dr. Manning and his staff are extremely professional and impeccable trained. They improved my quality of life, and their bedside manner exceeded my expectations. Dr. Rothenberg and his team were exceptional in every aspect of the process. They were very responsive, answering all of my calls and emails in a quick and professional manner. From the initial consultation through to post-op, Dr. Rothenberg and his team prepared me for what was to happen at every step of my treatment and were the best I have seen at providing you with clearly-written and understandable brochures and documents to complement what they tell you in office. My surgery is a success story, as well. I have the utmost respect for him and his team. They have given me my life back.

medical records department is the absolute worst I have left 4 voicemails without return and my dr is still waiting on medical records almost 15 days later, I have been told 3 times the records were being sent at we spoke and have yet to see any records, whatsoever. extremely aggravating when you are trying to have surgery.

If I could leave -100 stars I would. As I write this I am in level 9 pain. The care I received at this clinic was abominable. I saw Dr. Maher on 11/3 for severe knee pain. At the very first visit I discovered they had mixed up my record with another patient, causing privacy issues and a lot confusion. It took several phone calls to straighten it out. But the most appalling thing is that when I received my MRI results on 11/4 and the report was quite serious, two meniscus tears and other issues. I called numerous times over the course of the next week and left urgent messages. No response. None. I had to go to urgent care and wait 2.5 hours to get pain meds and a knee brace. I finally got in for a follow up and the dr. came in and immediately left the room to “get another doctor.” He came back in and said I needed surgery and that he would call his colleague to get me in literally in 2 days without meeting with him and having no time to prepare. He did not review my MRI or the report. He said he would call me. No call, no after visit summary, no pain meds, no explanation whatsoever of the MRI results. no instruction or information on what to do next. Fast forward it is now 11/28, almost an entire month later and I have no information and am in excruciating pain EVERY DAY 24/7. I called another clinic to see a new doctor and have been suffering for weeks because of this doctor’s complete lack of care or follow up. I will be reporting this to the Washington State Medical Board.

They called to cancel 15 minutes before my appointment time. They rescheduled the appointment for 2 days later. When I arrived, the doctor said that they have my mri and radiology reports but not the images- so I would need to reschedule again. I wasted 7 hours of driving back and forth through traffic twice, $50 in gas money and a day off work. I don't understand why a doctor would schedule an appointment that they are unprepared for. I also hope that they don't try to collect money for those appointments. They shouldn't be paid to do nothing.

Had a horrible experience. Went in to have a cyst drained in my wrist in October 2020. The provider failed to clean my wrist prior to aspirating, injected a significant amount of air into my wrist, and failed to actually drain the cyst. He was digging around in my wrist for several minutes before admitting that he failed to drain it. I left the appointment sobbing. I called management and shared my horrific experience with them. They listened to my complaint and said they would investigate it. I never heard back and assumed the complaint was taken and the services would be written off. 18 months later I now am slapped with a $278 bill for services rendered. I spoke with Patient Relations to dispute my charges and to ask why I'm being charged 18 months later. The reps I spoke with were very kind but all my disputes have been upheld and I have been forced to pay the bill. I will NEVER being going back to EH and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I think I see where at least half the problems come from, and I think they need a new office manager. When people are going to the doctor, there's a lot on their mind and the whole process up to when you see someone is fraught with angst as it is... then you call here and the phone tree is poorly designed and poorly worded so you have to listen three times before you know what to pick-- 90% of the reason why anyone would call is the last option where there's a list that includes "scheduling and other"-- the other options being very non-urgent things like "physician to physician" and "hard copy ordering". As far as manner and attitude, I almost can't blame the admins themselves- maybe they're agency temps who were just told to pick up the phone without much instruction- reminiscent of airport car rentals or bus terminal employees. My last few interactions especially over the phone was just like a lot of shrugging and "how should I know?" type of interactions when I would think properly trained staff at a medical facility would at least be instructed to be helpful when people are in need. Doctors seem to be quite professional and the facility is nice, but boy what a way to ruin it with something so fixable.

I had a partial knee replacement. The appointments leading up to the surgery were all 5 star. Dr. Rothenberg and Taylor Fowers were very informative about my condition and explained what my options were and what was recommended to correct it. They answered all my questions and we set up a plan to accomplish the selected option. The surgery schedulers, Cassie and Kim, contacted me to schedule a surgery date, within days. Surgery when great. The recovery nurse was wonderful. She went over the medication plan and made sure my husband's questions were answered. Both Dr. apts after surgery 1 with Flowers and 1 with Dr. Rothenberg and MA Luba again exceeded my expectations. They always asked if I had questions and then answered them to my satisfaction. My expierence with Evergreen Hospital, and all the Drs and staff have been exceptional. All of them care about their patients. I highly recommend them.

Excellent treatment. Brand new hip! Faster recovery than expected -6 weeks from surgery to pain free and walking better than ever. Thank you to a very professional team!

Five Stars to Dr Adam Rothenberg and his team at Evergreen Health Orthopedic & Sports Care! At age 70, my recovery from total hip replacement was nothing short of amazing! Six weeks post surgery and I’m at least 95% and looking forward to a full season of skiing!
