Health care provider did not listen to me, diagnosed me incorrectly, I nearly lost a kidney because of it, but because he lied in his charts, Evergreenhealth backed him even though based on his reviews I'm not the first unhappy patient. He was incredibly dismissive and rude. Cost me thousands and a month of my life. Do not trust this provider.
I have been to this location a few times and you wait forever even when the waiting room is almost empty and the doctors rush you through so fast it's hardly worth it. Also they close early telling potential patients that they are full but there is only 2 other cars and 1 of those people walks out with you. I have a copay and was used to paying up front, now they send a bill weeks later that arrives right before it's due. No thanks.
Arrived at 7:30PM and the receptionist said they were closed already. She said they close at 7:30PM even though the business hours say 8PM. She said it is so they can take care of the patients that they already have checked in. The parking lot was empty except for 1 car. I have also come on other days when they are actually busy with a full waiting room and was told it is a 3 hour or more wait. I’m very disappointed at how hard it is to get care here. The receptionist referred me to a clinic that was also closed. Please change the posted hours for this business to say 7:30PM for closing time.
Once you get past the front desk staff, they’re pretty speedy. However, the check-in process is much longer than it should be, the front desk staff tend to be slow and they have the front desk staff tasked with taking patients to the exam rooms. If there is a steady flow of people needing to be checked in, it distracts the front desk staff from taking patients back and the waiting room fills up.
Very pleasant experience, from being checked in to seeing the provider everyone was so kind! They were up front that wait time might be higher than normal, I was in and out within an hour and a half. The provider Adam was kind, respectful and attentive. Will definitely be returning for future urgent care type needs.
Waited 3.5 hours to be seen. Evergreen, you need to fix your online check-in so that it’s actually a check-in. Asking dozens of people to wait for hours in a small room instead of at home is a barrier for many patients. I know you are updating a lot of your systems. Here is a review to let you know more work is still needed. Staff is great as always, dealing with so much. Hope we all get the improvements we all need.
Wow the PA here was not very nice. If I come into defense mode it’s because your approach is very confrontational and inappropriate. Lack of compassion. The reality of healthcare… there’s nothing pretty about it.
Website lists current wait time for COVID testing as 19 to 34 mins. I have now been at the clinic waiting over two hours so site is not accurate
Had to come in for some treatment for my eczema. Never been here before and would definitely go back if I had to. I was told a wait time from an hour to and hour and a half, however; it didn’t even take that long to be seen. The staff was very professional and friendly. They showed compassion and understanding with my ailments. Would recommend to anyone looking for urgent care, who can’t see their PCP or don’t want to go to the ER. Thank you y’all!
Just spent 2+ hours in "urgent care". Everyone is super slow even though there was practically no one waiting to be seen in the UC. Care was meh - rushed even though the place was empty, they did not really diagnose anything and were also unable to give me a digital or print copy of my x-ray? Super stoked to find out how much this will cost me.
