Dr Farrell is wonderful. Very thorough and understanding in his care. Office staff is also very nice. Had a blood draw, too. No wait time and very friendly and efficient

Great clinic with blood draw on-site. Clean waiting rooms, the MA’s, RN’s and DO/MD’s that I’ve had the chance to speak to are all professional and empathetic. The employees all seem very happy with their employment at Evergreen, which spills over to patient care.  Wait times for calling in for appointments could be better.

I was appalled when Dr Sherman met me with a laptop computer and proceeded to review my health history by his computer!  Never once inquired if I had any questions or concerns; finally I inquired about Dupuytren’s contractions to which he gave an inaccurate response. It is treatable and thankfully I already had made an appointment with a doctor specializing in that area. My gravest concern is he missed three critical pieces of my health history. Needless to say I won’t be back.  Healthcare management by computer implies the doc can miss a lot. One usually inquires of the patient what their concerns are rather than assuming he knows given his computer info.

5 stars for Dr. Farrel, but the front desk does not pick up the phone. They use an answering service - who are lousy and have an attiude every time you call them. They give wrong messages to nurses and doctor. Almost as if the dont care.

Up until recently my doctor was Sherman Lee in Duvall. He was one of the best doctors I’ve had, and got me through some tough times. I had to switch to Kaiser, after I got a job there, but if I could have stuck with Dr. Lee I would have. The staff has always been great as well.

I just called and got an appointment in 3 weeks from someone who seems both disinterested in their job of taking appointments but also excited that she could tell me that because I haven't been there in 4 years I am a "new patient" and that that appointment can happen only on certain days and she would have to look that up. No Thanks.

Do NOT see Dr. Chan Wu. She will send you out the door with a whole book of information about depression and anxiety and simultaneously also give you depression and anxiety by making you feel bad about your weight even though you came in because you think you might be autistic. I seriously told this lady I had been diagnosed with chronic depression and anxiety 7 years ago and she had the nerve to act surprised when my test score came back high. Thanks for nothing. I knew I was overweight when I walked in and before she had to mention it I was feeling quite happy in my body. Wasted 25 bucks to be told the obvious, and my real issue completely ignored.

Second time I’ve walked out without seeing a doctor.  They seem to run late and never tell patients and hope we just wait until they show up in a private room.  I’ve been charged after leaving and I’m never coming back.

Pretty rude when trying to get coordination between Evergreen clinic and the pharmacy.  Problem stemmed from the clinic’s outgoing Rx processing.  Clinic would not contact the pharmacy to correct their mistakes. I was just told they would re-submit and essentially had to wait again.  Simple coordination is all that’s needed.  Should the customer have to be the mediator between clinic and pharmacy?

Dr Farrell is hands down the best Dr I have ever had! I would recommend Dr Farrell to my family and friends, and anyone who wants a Dr that truly cares about your health.
