F45 Training Laguna Hills

The workout are really intense but in a good way! They aren’t boring workouts and the pace of the workouts make the 45 minutes pass by quickly. The trainers are all supportive and engaged in the workouts.

I am a drop in from MCAS Miramar, San Diego. This studio is awesome, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Brian and Tara lead an amazing workout! Hopefully I can drop in again in the future!

Can't say enough about how great the team is here at F45 Laguna Hills. Mariana and her team of coaches bring a great energy to the gym and go out of their way to encourage health and well being. They hold challenges quite often throughout the year and even organize different outings to bring a sense of community to the gym. Even during busy classes, the coaches make their rounds to help correct form and technique to reduce injury or even modify exercises to tailor each individual. I would recommend anyone who is looking to change their lifestyle to this gym!

Best workout program ever. If you want to build strength power and endurance, this is it folks - you feel like you can conquer the world after a sweat dripping session. If you haven't come through yet, you must give yourself the gift of knowing what a fantastic workout session feels like.

F45 is the place to be! I have tried many different gyms and I find this location and F45 as a whole to be the one I’m most consistent at. I enjoy the music fast paced workout and most importantly the trainers! The workouts change daily and I have never done/ seen a workout twice. If you are trying to invest in your health I highly recommend this gym! Come check it out! Watch yourself get into the best shape you have ever been in!

Tried this place out after I purchased a Groupon - was getting bored with my workout routine and needed to change things up. Deion and Jayda are amazing trainers - they have such a positive energy that motivates you to push yourself during the workouts. The workouts are hard but you feel so accomplished when you are done. There is a lot of variety in the workouts - you don’t ever get bored because you’re always doing something different. Highly recommend that you check it out!

I hear about F45 through my good friend Juanita . I tried the one month we purchased and as soon as it was over . I knew from the first class I took that this was a great workout . I was sold the very first day !!!The trainers Jayda ,Deion and Sheryl and the community made me stay . This amazing trainers are all encouraging trainers who will push you to your limits . They make you feel like family and a great support and community . Never been a fan of CrossFit or Boot Camps until I came here . The class times are convenient too Each is the coaches are great in their own ways they are extremely personable and remember you by name . Running Club with Sheryl Jayda and Deion made me realize how much I miss running ‍ she brought back this competitive feeling I lost 3 years after my divorce . Love this brand

F45 is such an amazing workout. The HIIT classes rotating daily never lets you get lazy with your workout, the trainers and music helps keep you motivated when you wanna throw in the towel from exhaustion. I've been training with Deion and Jayda for a little over 6 months and couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else. I will recommend F45 laguna hills to anyone I see.

I've been eyeing this place for a few months and I finally gave it a shot through Groupon. Wow. Exceeds my expectations! Jayda & Deion are so supportive and helpful. Equipment and gym is very clean and they also offer towel service! The members are also a great team and they all have positive energy all around. If you are looking for something new you must try F45!
