Let me introduce myself! My name is Karen Pinnell and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, MMA Conditioning Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Health and fitness are a priority in my life. I have a passion for sharing my knowledge with as many people as I can.
The key to living a healthy, fit lifestyle is finding a way to make it fun. Moving makes you feel good. There are so many ways to move! I form a partnership with each of my clients and we find what works for them. We reach their goals together. There is strength in numbers!
I’m always learning and trying new things. I truly believe variety is the spice of life. I don't like to do the same workout all the time or even twice. If you work with me you will be challenged and I guarantee you will never get bored.
