Total Women Gym and Day Spa

A customer of this women only gym for as long as I can remember. The personnel is great, service is amazing however, equipments need an upgrade. Some of the weights in group class area is falling apart and might be even dangerous to use. The group classes are intimate and wonderful. More classes can be offered and personal training classes can be make more affordable. Spa with full service massage and facials is also great. Love this gym.

I think this gym is great, it's always clean, it's open not cramped. It can be a bit chilly at times in the treadmill area. There are tons of free classes that come with membership, and you can just walk right in any one of them, even tho I've yet to take any of the classes 2018 is my year to do it. But the best thing for me is the price, which includes unlimited use of the gym and either a free 50 minute facial or massage each month. The spa area is very clean and accommodating. I don't use the gym enough to get my moneys worth or the real benefit, but the price is so fair, I wouldn't think of cancelling unless I absolutely had to.

Spa is excellent; so relaxing and great facials and massages. Gym is nice with good personal trainers if wanted or needed. Everyone is so nice there; makes me feel very comfortable.

I have been a member for many years. I go to several gyms, Laguna Hills and Irvine. It is a superb gym. The quality of most personnel is fantastic. There are severeral people that stand out with the best customer service ever! They love their job and take care of their clients! Devotion to their craft. In Laguna Hills, Jasmin, spa services. Fey, for massage. Anette for Zumba classes. I think they are very valuable employees. There should be an award to the employee of the year. I am sure if you take a vote Jasmin would win in the estetician department. For massages, Fey. For perfect carefully chorio Anette for Zumba. Thank you for Zumba. Its the best! Laguna Hills has style, a clean place to work out. The spa in Irvine has great specialty facials, such as Jade, amazing facial. Miriam and Erika are wonderful techs. Beautiful place! Strictly for women which I prefer! They gave me a free trial and they are very kind and caring. Great place to get fit! Great place to make friends!

Just walked by. They are closed, as in "OUT OF BUSINESS." They did not bother to send an email telling members. Check your credit card to make sure you are not being billed. It was a great place. Too bad.

Customer service was nothing but quick, fair, and extremely professional.
