Dr. Salinas was amazing. He spent as much time as needed diagnosing and explaining everything to me. He was friendly and very comfortable to talk to. He was one of the best doctors I've ever been to. His staff was nice. One reason for the 4 instead of 5 is that my appointment was at 8:00, I was asked to get there are 7:30 and I didn't see the doctor until almost 9:30. Because of the time he spent with me, it's forgivable because he probably spends that kind of time with everyone. The other reason for the 9 is that the physical plant is not in great shape. It wasn't necessarily dirty, but it didn't seem well taken care of. Maybe a landlord issue but it could use a paint job and some repairs.

Was scheduled to have visco supplementation injection in knee. On day of appt. to have procedure, was told they did not have product. I was told my pharmacy had it which was not true. Upon following up with my pharmacy, the pharmacy indicated they could not get through to provider doctors office to advise they did not have a supplier and that doctor would need to find a new supplier. Additionally, my insurance company further stated that even though they approved injection, the authorization to have it had expired about two weeks before I was scheduled. Doctor would need to resubmit. When I went to office to advise them of all this, they did not accept accountability and added further insult to injury by stating that pharmacy should have communicated with me. What??? Pharmacy did what they were supposed to do which was reach out to doctors office. Office staff is very inept.

For over a year, I have been suffering from spondylolisthesis which caused unbearable pain in my lower back radiating to the left thigh down to my left leg. The first doctor i went to recommended surgery which I refused. At the advice of Dr. Salinas I underwent therapy and traction and medications for pain and nerves. He administered painless injections in my lower back. I am considerably relieved and no longer dependent on a cane. He explained to me my condition thoroughly. I will not hesitate to recommend him to someone with my condition.

Dr Salinas is the best Pain Management doctor I ever had. I have been going there for over 4 years. He really cares about his patient and you will get the best treatment designed especially for you.

Such a helpful place. I was rock bottom with pain. I even had to have help getting into the office. They were amazing to me. So loving and caring. They are always amazing. EVERYONE is sweet and EVERYONE has the personality and demeanor to show each patient compassion. They all have an understanding of pain. They are all so loving and compassionate and determined to work with you to manage your pain.

Dr. Salinas is an excellent Doctor. He is kind , thoughtful & funny. I went to him with severe back pain. After treatments I am a grateful , pain free person!! I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Salinas for about a year. He is very caring and listens to you. He ha a great personality. His treatment suggestions have helped me.

First visit was taken care of and staff really tried to pinpoint problem. Doc was very friendly and personable. Felt like family when with dr and explained exactly what I was going to be doing.

Jesse Salinas and Scott Wheeler are the best Dr's in pain management.

The office staff has to be the worst most incompetent arrogant people I have ever dealt with in the medical field.
