Fleet Feet Sports Mechanicsburg

We come to Fleet Feet in Mechanicsburg because of the excellent service we’ve gotten every time we visit. Most recently, our salesperson a young man from Messiah University spent the best part of 90 minutes or more fitting my 12-year-old son with new running shoes. The testimony to how good a job he did? Shortly afterwards we headed to Hawaii for the better part of a month. We’re there now, and my son has been either barefoot or in his new shoes the entire time.

My first experience with this store was great. Their measurement system works very well. I have sasquatch feet, so it's very hard to find appropriate footwear for myself. I'm very sneaker-shy, but they've only been accommodating and understanding of my situation. I did go back and forth on my choice of shoes, but it's mostly due to my cerebral personality. However, they were gracious and truly wanted to help me find the right pair of shoes. I'm definitely very glad that I stopped by this shop. The measurement system and selections are one-of-a-kind.

This past summer, I joined their marathon training group. I learned a lot and met some great people. The owner, Fred, was always available for questions and always there to give you a little support. I recently came in for a new pair of running shoes and Fred and staff spent over an hour with me talking, listening, doing a foot analysis, and trying on about 10 pairs of shoes. He and they were very patient and great listeners. I have always heard great things about Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg from friends, and now that I’ve tried them out I am a big fan. I will be back soon!

The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. They helped me find the right shoe for me and gave me the knowledge that I needed to make an informed decision. I haven't had that service anywhere I've purchased shoes prior. I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Fleet Feet in Mechanicsburg. Daniel spent over an hour helping my son and I find running shoes today. He took extra time to talk to him about Cross Country, LEGO sets and football. He went above and beyond showing us and fitting both of us for shoes. I really appreciated his service and the rapport he built with my son. He did a wonderful job.

We love coming here every sports season for our kids sneakers! We get great customer service with finding the perfect sneakers. From the time we walk in the door until we leave we feel welcomed and appreciated. I will always bring my 6 kids here for sneakers! Shelby is usually who helps us and she remembers us each time we walk in the door. Love this location and the staff!

Great costumer service with very knowledgeable associates who were able to explain the foot scanner & make recommendations of shoes / inserts that are best for my feet! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great pair of sneakers!

Great selection and extremely helpful staff. Genuinely nice people. If you need specialty shoes for sports, it's the place to go, but they DO NOT have a Veterans discount at all. A bit on the pricey side, so if you just need everyday kicks, find a shoe store that appreciates those who served a bit more.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about feet and the individualized movements, as well as explaining what works best for my individual case. She was very helpful in finding a shoe that feels comfortable for me and that I like, while listening to my feedback on each one I tried, to try to find the next best shoe/inserts recommendation.

I was impressed with the undivided attention provided by the Fleet Feet staff member. Her in depth explanation of the foot analysis to the many suggested sneakers with or without inserts for my high in-step. Great experience and my feet feel wonderful!
