I’m so glad we chose Flix to watch the new Barbie movie! We were able to buy our tickets and choose our seats online before we got there. It was a weekday afternoon so the line for popcorn was short and the employee was very nice. We really loved the reclining movie seats and thought they were super comfortable. The show started on time and was cute and entertaining. We will definitely come back!
This theater is so well maintained, the seats are amazing and I've never seen any messes/filth. Staff are always quick and efficient- even when I've had to cancel going and come at another time! The only con is that of all that's, concessions are ridiculously priced. Still love flix though and have been going since Pokemon the movie 2000
We went and saw the Little Mermaid live action in 3D. Great movie! The seats recline and are super comfy, if needed they are heated as well! The staff was friendly and bonus you can get wine and beer too!
Poor management. We came Tuesday night to see the 9:35pm showing of Barbie and they said they were closed and that there were no shows after 9pm. Manager said he updated the website but that was not true. I looked it up even at the time of the showing and it was still there. I stated this to the manager and he replied that it didn't matter. Google still has a time listed for 9:35 today. Took a screenshot too It was also posted on their moving banner. There was another person there to see a separate movie who had the same experience as us and had drove 40 minutes to come to the theater. I am quite disappointed with how we were spoken to and treated. They talked to us like we were in the wrong when we were just trying to state that all their information still said that there were multiple movies showing after 9pm. I will not be coming back.
Absolutely incredible movie theater, the seats are super comfortable with both heated and cooling options, and are nicely spaced out so you don't feel like you're on top of the person next to you. The people working there are also very friendly. I've seen quite a few movies here and experience has always been 5 stars each time. If I have the option to see a movie here, it is always my first choice.
Its not the super big screen but the seats are excellent. Electric heat controls with electric recliners and a swing in and out drink and food tray. Most comfortable theatre I've ever had. I would definetly go here again
Comfortable chairs for everyone. The sound system is great, and a very friendly staff. Don't forget your refillable bucket for popcorn. It'll save you a few bucks.
I was kind of sticker shocked by the prices. I didn't understand when an adult ticket is a buck more than a child ticket? Same seats? I took my 6 yr old grandson there to watch a movie and t cost me over $50. Rediculous! Water was $5. I can see why the prices were so high. There were 3 people working the lobby and me and my grandson were the only people watching the movie. Nevermore.
Big theater with nice sound but it was all very dark. The seats were difficult to recline and reverse it. Popcorn was stale like it was from night before very pricey 34 dollars for adult and a 5 year old.
Sound is good, and seats are normal these days. The bad started while waiting in line and I assume a manager shorter, bald guy around 430pm, started berating a woman by herself out of no where for having a water cup in her hand. Apparently she's "been coming for years" but he immediately started the confrontation in front of everyone waiting. Wether or not she attempts to bring water in, doesn't mean she deserves to humiliated and attacked. At least she was upfront about the water, instead of sneaking it in like everyone else. Also, 3 hour movie with none to barely any A/C is miserable.
