Wonderful experience. The family was able to celebrate a birthday and the service was amazing. We started off with Alejandro as our server and he was really funny cracking jokes and making sure we were taken care of. Frank was our other server for the evening and was tending to our needs before we knew that it was something that we needed. We appreciated his attention to detail and his quick moving. The service was excellent. Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free! What more is there to say…? Parking: Valet parking + lots of street parking in the area.
We were here multiple times. The food always good and many options. The cheese bread is delicious. They bring different meats come by table often, never gets a long wait. you also can ask for the meat that you want, manger will bring it to your table in short time. It’s a good place to have dinner with group of friends, no stress on ordering food, all you can eat.
A beautiful Brazilian steakhouse with some flavorful cuts of meat and an impressive huge salad and sidebar and a "full experience" thats great in theory but in reality it doesnt work well as the experience is unfortunately inconsistent in temperatures / cook on the meats. Also one of the people who bring out the meats was very passive aggressive. Tall white with golden brown hair. Our table had the "full experience" where you get to eat as much as you can and they keep bringing you different cuts of meat until you flip your card over. The good: beautiful restaurant, great ambiance, great service huge salad bar and side bar, lots of amazing / flavorful cuts of beef, lamb, chicken and pork. The bad: meats are not at temperature you request and often alot of them are overcooked/well done. Some are the opposite and medium rare. I found myself wanting sauces with the meats. The ugly: there was a tall white server with light brown hair who brings out meats to tables and cuts/serves them...he was very passive aggressive with anger in his voice both times he was at our table serving. He also gave me a well done piece of steak after asking which I wanted and I said medium rare.. very rude I will return and go earlier in the day but Ill wait till theres actual medium rare cuts. I also feel the servers need to learn the temperatures. They will claim its med rare and give you a tough steak. Vegetarian options: Tons of veggie options. Parking: There is no parking lot for Fogo De Chao. You would have to use a nearby parking garage.
This location, in Rosemont, IL is aesthetically pleasing from the inside out and all throughout. I went on a double date with my spouse and parents. Our reservation for 4 was set for half past noon on Wednesday 7//5/23. It was a great time to dine. We were greeted immediately, upon entry and seated right away. There were only four other parties present during our 1.5 hour visit, so we were able to receive regular, attentive table service. Every staff person tended to every table; no assigned waitstaff. We were amazed by the splendor of the Salad & Soup Bar. There was such a large variety of fresh food items to choose from. The $18 price for this was extremely reasonable!!! I've paid more for meals of far less quality and wholesomeness. Before leaving, I stopped by the ladies' restroom. It was clean and fresh smelling. The fixtures and decor were gorgeous. I always say that a clean restroom tells the story of a restaurant's priorities and investment in sanitation. Needless to say, Fogo de Chao of Rosemont is a place I highly recommend and definitely plan to revisit in the future. Vegetarian options: A vegetarian will have no problem eating well, with a variety of food choices here...salads, veggies, fresh fruit, cheeses, bread slices and more.
Not the best version of Fogo, the meat servers were very kind. But it took forever to get well done meat of choice, they brought it after 1 hours, and I was no longer interested. I asked multiple times...people including all the servers were nice. For some reason , took forever to get my choice... Kid-friendliness: All the appetizers are attractive to kids Parking: Free street parking but hard to find at busy times
My date and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chao Brazillion Steakhouse located in Rosemont, Illinois and I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had there. From start to finish, it was pleasant dining experience. The impeccable service from our waiters took it to a whole new level.Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Our waiters, whose names are Alejandro and Vianney, greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel right at home. It was my date’s first time there and Alejandro patiently explained the concept of the restaurant and the various cuts of meat available. Throughout the evening, Alejandro was not just a server but a true guide through our culinary journey. Now, let's talk about the food! We chose the $39/person dinner service which included all of the cuts except the filet mignon, beef ribs, ribeye, ad lamb chops. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection – juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The continuous table side service by the "gauchos" added an exciting element to the meal as they carved and served the meats with precision. I particularly enjoyed the cheese bread, mash potatoes, fried sweet plantain, fried cheese with honey, and fried polenta. All delicious accompanied with the meat options made available. For drinks I had the Cucumber Mint Smash Tito’s Vodka, muddled cucumber, fresh mint, lime which was really refreshing and good drink to start, however I preferred the sweetness and flavor of the Strawberry Hibiscus Caipirihina Silver Cachaça, house-made hibiscus elixir, strawberries. The salad bar, which featured an array of fresh salads, cheeses, and unique side dishes, was a delightful addition to the meat feast as well. What truly stood out, though, was the attentiveness of Alejandro. He was attentive and engaging. He kept a close eye on our table, promptly offering sides and accompaniments to complement the meats. As the evening came to a close we requested to speak with the manager to commend the excellent service from Vianney and Alejandro. They struck a perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to savor each moment at our own pace. In summary, dining at Fogo de Chao.was a culinary adventure I won't soon forget. The combination of world-class meats and exceptional service from Alejandro and Vianney made it an unforgettable evening. I can confidently say that this location is among the best I've ever visited, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a dining experience that's not only delicious but also memorable, make a reservation at Fogo de Chao Brazillion Steakhouse in Rosemont – you won't be disappointed!
Mixed feelings . Food is delicious no doubt about that. Presentation of the food is very appealing. Customer service good, location Meh, distance from one table to the other that’s the only minuscule problem. Would I come back? Absolutely. The Sever should talk slower and clear, she was explaining to me about the menu and I didn’t get much of what she said. Highly recommended specially around lunch time.
If i say it was the best evning i ever spent anywhere this is the fogo de chao !!!! Best hospitality best food best ambience ever highly recommended, plz plz plz go there & check out everything !! Something promotions going on there so we take 39.99$ per person choice which was huge too ! The salad bar was totally superb. We celebrated my son’s bday there so we went 1 st time . Wish so many times to go there ahhhhh yummy everything. This is my kinda place, who loves food or who is foodie friends must go Parking: Valet is convenient otherwise free will take more time
Okay this is not your standard steakhouse. This is a Brazilian steakhouse where all the meat is cooked in the kitchen and it is brought to you on the spit and carved at the table. The service is comparable to white glove service. Now about the price dinner ouch for some however it is high-end meat All you can eat all of it's fresh and delicious. Side note the last time I had meet this delicious I was in Nebraska in the middle of cattle country. And my uncle got the meat fresh that day... Basic dinner all you can eat is about $65 when I went before tip and drinks. For those that care for wine list is very large and has a wide range of options including champagne. Parking if you self park in the parking garage for that area and you bring your ticket they will comp parking at the restaurant. Most of the restaurants in the facility around the convention center do that including the movie theater. As for my photo - from the salad bar grilled bell peppers fresh steamed broccoli sliced watermelon along with thinly sliced salam and prosciutto ham. From the kitchen medium rare bottom round sirloin delicious, and smoked pork roast. There were many other things not included in the photo. including chicken lamb sausage other cuts of red meat tried a little bit of everything it was all delicious.
Amazing experience! Alyssa and Ashley were our servers and their service was outstanding! I'll definitely be coming back!Food: 5/5
