Had a blast with family for a birthday. The food was really good. The drinks gave a unique experience, especially since they pour the drink in front of you and it smokes all over! The drink is basically liquid candy, very delicious, very sugary. The food was well done everyone enjoyed their meals. Desert was unbelievable! A very cool spot to go for special occasions. Definitely not a spot for casual dining.
This sugar factory is just something else I’m telling you. Servers treated us very kindly and served everything we wanted. The food was on point and the strawberry lemonade smash was amazing. Trust me if you eat a burger, forget your finishing desert because you will be full for the rest of the day. Everything is amazing there. Definitely recommend coming and eating whether it’s for a birthday or just dinner, definitely a good time to spend your time.
First time here, brought our daughter for her 13th bday. The place is fun, nice decor everywhere. The huge milk shakes are very tasty, and the regular drinks are fun. I'm glad they give you bottled waters, to take some of the sweet out your mouth for a bit. Food portions are decent, but not worth the price. I guess you pay more for the area. It was a fun experience for the kids.
This restaurant chain suffers from an identity crisis. They clearly don’t know if they are trying to be a nightclub or a candy store or a dessert spot. I was stunned at the prices that I paid for absolutely average food and overly decedent dessert items. This place must be making ridiculously good money, given they charge $10 for a French fry appetizer. Even with their exorbitant prices, they still mandate 20% tip for lackluster service. I was very disappointed in this dining experience and even more frustrated by the bill. I would not go back here again. Definitely not recommending for dates or for business. Maybe bring your kids, but get ready to spend way too much for nothing special.
Fun place! Excellent food, we got the sliders, salmon, mac and cheese, and flatbread pizza, all very good! The fun goblet drinks are good, but for the price, you would think you get to at least keep the glass, but no. They do let you bring the drink home in a to-go cup if you are unable to finish it. There is an automatic 20% tip added to the bill regardless of party size which is no problem for us, but some may not like that idea. This site is in a great location with piano bar and ifly right across the street too. My family of 3 spent almost $300 here go big or go home, I guess!
Be prepared as it is expensive, but worth the experience! The drinks are next-level, including the milkshakes. The food is very good too which is nice. The atmosphere is a fun party vibe with disco balls, chandeliers, and good music.Dine in: Yes
We came here on a Saturday afternoon for two of my friends' birthday. You need to make a reservation and they allow you to stay for 2 hours in the restaurant but it wasn't too crowded though. The staff served the food right away so you don't feel rushed even though there's a time limit. The food is pretty decent. I enjoyed my Ginger Chicken Salad and the Peach Margarita. They paired well together. My friend liked her Signature Burger. My other friends found the pasta to be too heavy. The Pasta Alfredo tasted like they only poured store brought Alfredo sauce in the pasta. This restaurant specializes in sugary drinks and they have a variety of it ranging from $12 to $40. Like I said, the food is pretty decent but I think they are overpriced. I don't think the salad, burger and the pasta are worth $22. The drinks are not worth $12. It's more like Applebees quality but overhyped due to celebrity names connected with the restaurant. Or maybe I should have tried the $40 cocktail drink to decide whether or not they are worth the hype.
while it was high energy and a fun atmosphere, for the prices they are charging I expected the service, selection and quality to be far better. just go for desert and be ready to literally pay $35 for a very delicious decorated milkshake. Too much, yet not quite enough. Walgreens has a better selection than the candy shop.
Overpriced for mediocre food. The ambiance was good though and the specialty drinks. If you order the big sunday, they blast music that disturbs other guests dinning experience. My daughter and I had to cover our ears as it was ear piercing. I could have spent half the money at any other restaurant. If I were to return I would only do so for drinks and appetizers. Their "candy store" was smaller than I expected and no more special than the candy stores you see in the mall. Update: emailed customer.reserves as the "owner" suggested. A lot of good that did. No one has even answered my email or acknowledged it. I think this place is more about "look at us" but doesnt actually care about customers.
Went there 3/17/22 Was not happy about the food at all! Our food was cold when delivered to us. I bought a 45$ plate for steak asked for medium well, it was well done and wasn't even hot it was warm. My fries were cold, my husband's food had no flavor. For over a $200 bill I was very disappointed in the food. The environment was amazing. But it was very hard to get our waiters attention. For my daughter 5th birthday. I was very disappointed. The good things were her shake and the drinks besides that I wont go back for food that's for sure.
