The manager Kia goes above and beyond to provide great customer service! The friendly service in addition to cute clothes I find myself in this store everytime I go to the mall.

I'm starting to wonder if this retailer trains their employees to pretend like black and brown people are not in their store. You will not be greeted, and the atmosphere is very unwelcoming. They pretend as if you're not even there. When women who match THEIR skin walk in, they bombard them with smiles, and offers to assist. I've frequented this store on multiple occasions to ensure I was not just encountering an employee having a bad day. Nope. Same thing every single time. Disgusting people in a subpar store.

Staff is TOO friendly. I walked into the store and was immedialty asked if I needed help and politely declined. I began to look around and not even 5 minutes later, I was asked the same question to which I responded with the same answer, only slightly more irritated. I continued looking around and saw a dress I liked so I picked it up off the rack and before I could even finish looking through the store.. there the women is again.. asking me if I needed a dressing room.. I shook my head in frustration and she took the dress right from my hands and put the item in a room for me, even though the rooms are unlocked and I know exactly where to find them and I could very easily just get to it myself when I'm ready. This isn't the first time I've had an experience here like this and I know others who have as well. I understand theft is an issue and these people are trying to do their jobs but the store is very small and has cameras, it's really not necessary to breathe down customers necks while they're trying to shop. It's just uncomfortable. Love the clothes here but I get so annoyed with the staff that it sometimes keeps me from going in.
