To long of a line. Nobody wants to stand in line longer then it takes to find the items you want to purchase. I ended up leaving without buying my items. Have more that one register open.

I've been to quite a few Victoria secret stores and this store by far had the best customer service by. I was just looking round and next thing I know I'm getting measured and buying bras that fit like a dream! Thank you!

Good stock and good sale right now!

Most of the staff was very friendly and nice but I noticed the manager following me and my friends around the store. She was following us as if we were stealing. 2 out of the 3 of us were my minorities and I felt very uncomfortable that she kept following us and having the workers asking if we need help. The manager kept staring my friend down for literally no reason and was trying to rush one of the workers who was getting something out of the back for my friend. Why would we steal when we are literally talking to the workers and asking them for help?? We didn’t even get to finish shopping because we felt like we didn’t belong and that we always had an eye on us everywhere we went. Definitely won’t be coming back for a very long time.

I received great help from the salesperson. I was happy the merchandise I needed was in stock and I was able to get in and out quickly.

My daughter and I shopped at this location on Sunday, 5/15 and purchased 4 bras that ended up being the wrong size. We returned Monday night to exchange these items, although we did have to wait a while for the exchange, the cashier kept apologizing for the length of time the return was taking. My daughter lost the receipt for the purchase and this required extra work to find the purchases but, a successful exchange was made! These ladies the most professional and courteous employees even when the store is busy on the weekends. As a previous retail/customer service employee, your pleasant attitudes, the care of job duties refreshing and, as a customer, greatly appreciated.

This is a great Victoria's Secret location. I went with my girlfriend for her birthday, and I appreciate all the sales they were having! Since I was paying afterall Trust me, the only problem you'll face will be convincing your girlfriend to buy specific things ; The best deal seems to be getting 5 pairs of underwear for $32. They're also having a sale on 2 piece bathing suits, $30 for both the bottom and top piece It's listed as "buy one get one free" I was relieved that the final bill was less than $100. A surprise to be sure but a welcome one.
