You literally can’t even call this location without getting a bad taste in your mouth from their lack of polite customer service. Hopefully this is one of the locations that they will be closing permanently.
Everytime i have come to the store, its been an absolute mess. They cant keep up with the merchandise or the line since the majority of the time, its wrapped around the store. I went to pick up my order there and the 3 ladies behind the counter were unprofessional and clearly not happy to be at work. I dont understand why it's so hard to find good customer service. I wasn't greeted with a friendly smile well actually wasn't greeted at all, she had side conversations with the other associates while looking for my order. I had my phone on the counter with my order information pulled up and when she couldn't find my order, rather than asking for my phone and verbally letting me know shes having trouble locating my order, he just put her hand out and waited for me to read her body language that she needed my phone. I will make sure i never have to go to this store again, much better experience at the outlets!
Nobody welcome me in the store . Cashier was having a full conversation with her friends didn’t greet me or notified me that her lane was open . Didn’t speak until when time for me to leave . Plus it’s better to shop online don’t have good selection for Girl toddlers
Everything about my visit here for the first time was Awesome!!! ...except my greeting. I walked in and the female bar tend was servicing another patron, looked up and acknowledged me, but NEVER came to me to help! I waited patiently for about 8 minutes until another person was kind enough to say "have you been helped? What can I get for you" I ordered a pizza which was sooo freaking delicious! It was hot and fresh! I just feel whoever is at the front bar should be more welcoming and helpful!
July 30,2019.its 12.30 pm. I went to make a return. The lady at the register... so rude. Please train personnel so they greet you with a "how can I help you". Instead of a stare blank and a nod, like "what do you want"... Sorry but won't be coming back to bad customer service. Customer service makes or breaks this stores...
Such great deals! I wish there was more space to browse though, it’s so hard to get a stroller through all the racks packed in. But the clothes are super cute.
I love to shop here, but today the cashier named Sherri wasn't very friendly.
Manager is very nice!
I visited this location on 9/23/19 and had the worst experience the lady named McKenzie had locked the doors early and when I went to enter the door she told me they were closed and it was only 8:53 but what agitated me was the fact she acknowledged me at the door and waved her hand like to say oh well your not getting in .This is very unacceptable
Small but lots of clothing for kids. Very nice customer service too and very organized.
