Kind and helpful staff.
One of my favorite stores, always has sharp dressed mannequins, and great selection of clothes and shoes. I always check the clearance area at each location I visit.

Called in 5 minutes before the store closed just to ask a question on their inventory. I got put on hold and they all left for the night. I guess he had to be a snide pu*k and couldnt just tell me I need to call back. Its so sad that this is what service industry is coming down to. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow

Love this place. Used my coupons for $75 off $200. They had my sizes 14 and extra large. So many more beautiful things I'm going back to get.
This is where I have shopped for clothes for work and casual. I love their styles. I like the accessories and cool socks! I buy their suits whenever they are in stock. No other brand of clothes have ever fit so well! They have a superior staff who gives you real service! Wish all stores treated us as well as Express always has!
Poor customer service! Nadia failed to tell me that the $20 sweater I exchanged was an exchange only, so when I purchased a $140 dress with $20 exchange credit it made my dress a “locked in exchange”. Here I am trying to return the dress and they are refusing to give me even store credit or a refund for the rest of my $120 I paid for the difference. If she had explained from the beginning that it would make my dress non refundable I would have purchased the dress separately. The manager then told me I had to shop around for $120 worth of merchandise that would also not be returnable that minute or take the dress with me. Absolutely no excuses here except YOUR employee failed to explain the policies on returns. Not my fault Nadia wasn’t trained properly.
Do not shop at this location. The managers are incompetent and they will steal your money. I tried to exchange an online order of a purse that wasn't what I expected. I had paid with a $25 gift card and put the remainder on my Express credit card. They told me they had issues with their register so they had to process my return over the phone. They refunded the partial amount back to my credit card and handed me back my receipt. I asked them about the gift card I had used and they said they would only give me $2 of the $25 back. I told them there must be some mistake, because I showed them the receipt where I paid $25 with a giftcard. They just looked at me dumbfounded. 90 minutes, two managers, and 3 phone calls to customer service later, they told me there was nothing they could do for me. They would only give me back $2 instead of the full $25. They refused to help me or reprocess the order. They told me I had to come back on Monday because phone customer service was closed. THIS WAS A LIE. I then left the store and called customer service myself that moment and Carol on the phone helped me almost instantly. She saw the error and immediately made it right. I did finally get my gift card credited back in the full amount, thanks to the wonderful phone support. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. The managers are crooks.
