Friends of the Ware Dog Park are in the process of fundraising for this dog park. It is expected to be opened by early summer of 2019.

This idea was created back in December, 2016 by the head founder and has since brought on many hardworking, dedicated, loving, individuals who call themselves Friends of the Ware Dog Park. We have all worked extremely hard to get to the point we are at, and are motivated to work even harder with this road ahead of us! As of June, 2017 we are planning fundraisers and working on finishing our official design for the park. After that, we will begin our construction phase as it will start to be built. This park will be open to the public and their furry friends who are looking to exercise and have fun with other tail-waggers! Our committee will have weekly meeting sessions open for those to come with any new ideas, questions, comments or concerns. Please check out our event list for more information on meetings. Our mission is to bring something new & positive to the Ware community without using our town budget funds. Our project is unique and adds something different to our town; it gives both owners and their dogs the enjoyment of wide space, socialization, and exercise.
