My family and I have been a patient for years. We love that this is a husband and wife team. They both are awesome! I was delighted to learn they are now a trio! Their son was also very nice, empathetic and had a wonderful, caring demeanor. My husband and I are firm believers in great customer service and Fuquay Eye Care is the epitome of excellent customer service! 5 stars is NOT enough!

Always a great experience.  Dr Pat is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.    The one helping to choose glasses sure know her field, not only in style but even more explaining and showing me which part of the bifocals would have different lens.  I almost can’t wait to start wearing glasses again after 60 years!  Sure did love my contacts for many many years!!

I have been going to Fuquay Eye Care since they opened- about 29 years now,still experiencing great great care! The wait can be long at times, but they are definitely hustling about to get the job done. The technicians are respectful and competent. The doctors knowledgeable and take the time to explain your issues and concerns.

Finally found an eye clinic I can keep. Friendly staff, awesome practitioner. Most important - they don't add on anything and everything they can to your glasses like most clinics do to make you pay a lot. Their staff went over what my insurance covered, what add-ons I wanted/needed, how much everything added up to. So you walk away satisfied with your choices.

Fantastic visit at Fuquay Eye Care yesterday. Amazing staff. I had an appointment with Dr. Patrick O’Dowd. What a great Doctor who takes his time explaining what is going on during his exam and really puts you at ease with his personality. I highly recommend Fuquay Wye Care.

Doctor Teresa Pham was amazing. She answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand my specific eye health. She was patient during the entire process of my comprehensive eye exam.  I will be recommending her to all of my family members and friends.

First time patient. Dr Pham was very friendly and fabulous! The lady that helped me pick out my glasses was very patient with me til I found the perfect pair for the best price! Definitely will be back!

My first exam at Fuquay Eye was very thorough. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Daniel O'Dowd was very attentive to my questions and detailed in answering them. The check out process was quick and easy.

I was taken in for my appointment on time. The staff was courteous and professional. They helped me pick out beautiful new glasses. They recognized an issue with my old glasses and made sure it was corrected in the new pair.
