I had a great experience. No appointment, but waited only about 15 min arrived about 8:30am. There were two employees doing blood draws. The part I really appreciated was the care I got from the young woman drawing my blood. I told her that I sometimes get lightheaded. And I needed like seven vials drawn! She started a conversation about my hobbies and kept the conversation going, and the next thing I knew it was all over with and I felt just fine.
Great experience both times I've came to this location. Once for the VA, other for a personal blood test. Arrived at 7:35 on a Friday and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Be patient and respectful, it goes a long way.
As with all the smaller locations, they're understaffed. It's not the staff's fault things aren't well-organized, though plan to wait, particularly in the morning. If you don't have to fast, go later in the day. There's only one person on staff at any given time, as the management says there's not enough business to have two people on staff. They stay overwhelmed. As well, the oGoogle listing hours are general chain hours, not this specific location. See picture for actual hours.
Their hours of operation are WEEKDAYS 7:30am-4:30pm with a noon-1pm lunch time break. Closed:Sun-Sat. The hours on the google section are off. Have attended here to get a DT for a job and it was very smooth, my job called it in and I was seen at the appointment time, I did not have to do anything on my end except show up. I appreciate that.
Dawn was the best person I’ve ever had to draw my blood! Extremely quick and painless, such a relief to find someone so capable.
The lady that works there is amazing! She was able to draw my 1 year old's blood with no issue where previous establishments failed to do so. Easy check in, wait where you want waiting room / your car, and you get a text when it's your turn. Does have somewhat long wait times but from what I have seen there is only one employee there all of the time.
Give yourself half a day if you want anything done at this place. They may do great work, I never got to find out. Two separate times I waited over an hour before I gave up and left. Not a good experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. It seems like there is only one lady that works at this location. Even if it’s not just her there is only one employee at a time. She is extremely rude and told a patient “ she didn’t have to be rude” because the patient asked if she would still be seen for her appointment considering how busy the lobby was. They need to only take appointments at this location and not walk ins. I’ve been here twice and had horrible experiences both times. Also there are not enough chairs to accommodate all of the patients.
I absolutely love going here. I have had a hard time my entire life getting blood drawn to the point where no one can get get my veins and I end up with a hematoma the size of an egg every time, at dozens of doctor’s office I have been to in my life. I even started to get anxiety from getting my blood drawn and have passed out many times because people multiple are sticking me 4-6 times each with no success I have really little veins The blonde lady here gets me every single time! She has never missed, not even once and honestly as cheesy as it sounds she’s changed my life! I had thyroid cancer and have to have my blood drawn often and I just love coming to her. The place is really busy and there can be a long wait, but mostly she’s working by herself and that’s labcorp’s fault I’m sure not hers. Anyways, I don’t mind waiting because she does such a good job and I’ve been going multiple times for two years and never had a problem. Love it!
They were supposed to be open 8am to 12pm on Saturday. Drove there to get fasting blood work and they were closed at 9:30am. The sign on the door didn't have Saturday hours. I had to drive another 35 minutes to Raleigh to get my blood draw. The need to get there hours straight online.
