I have posted an amazing 5 star review before and that still stands, it was a review about Dr. Dupuy who I still would give 10 stars plus to! He is the only reason I’m even rating this review with 3 stars. But this separate review is not about the doctors, it is about the practice itself and its policies. I have been taking my children to this practice for over 10 years, even when it’s been an hour from where we were living I still made the drive because I loved the doctors. Today I learned that any time you need to reschedule a same day appointment for ANY reason it counts as a cancellation. After 3 you can be kicked from the practice if they choose. After 10+ years, today I received my third “cancellation” because I had to cancel one of my children’s appointments due to one of my other children running a fever. None of the 3 locations had any appointments available for sick appointments and you can not take a child with a fever into wellness visit for another child. Just be mindful if you do not have the luxury of having a sitter or the option for a parent to miss work any time they choose. This is a very unfair policy that should absolutely take real life circumstances into consideration.

The Doctors office worker’s is very rude and disrespectful, Dr. Shoffner is a wonderful doctor , very patient and great with kids, My kids have been going there since birth, those 3 girls yelled at me with patients in the waiting room. Even the mother of the little girl gave me a hug and was very upset about the way they treated me. Dr. Shoffner is a wonderful doctor..

I love this office. They're the best ever, they saw me as a kid and now they get to see my baby. Dr. Durand is awesome. I miss Dr Powell too. You have to call first thing in the morning for a sick visit, well visits can be seen as soon as that week. They also speak Spanish. Their Saturday clinic in Cary takes forever though.

I love every single doctor at this office. However, their sick appointment policy is absolutely atrocious. I called to get a sick appointment for my son and I was told they had no appointments for today and I asked if I could then schedule one for tomorrow and they said no they only do same-day sick appointments. apparently you do not do same-day sick appointments because I called and couldn’t get a same day appointment for my sick child. I didn’t even ask for this specific location. I said I would go to any of the three offices. If I can’t make a sick appointment for the next day, then you better fit in your sick appointment patients that are calling the same day.

Been very happy with the care here for my 2 littles for almost a year. Being in medical field myself for 12 years I am very critical. Each visit is thorough and not rushed. I never feel judged. Questions always answered.

Staff is pleasant. Clean offices. My kids actually don't mind going to the dr. When they find out it is here.

I have been bringing my 4 children to this practice for 14yrs, the care by some physicians is excellent, but for the most part overall, the way they are so quick to refuse an appointment when my kids have extracurricular activities, and we show up within the “15 minute grace period” and are standing waiting to be checked in, get to the window for them to tell us,”oh, mom I’m sorry but you are one minute late, sorry but your child’s appointment is cancelled.” After 14yrs bc this happened 4times they kicked my children out of the practice where we now have find a new one. So what exactly do they stand for? Children’s well-being and care or ????

Dr. Dupuy is amazing. Very caring and compassionate. Takes his time and listens. He's also a pharmacist and that has proven very helpful over the years. We've been going since 2009 and he sees all three of my children. He's not too quick to worry, but addresses concerns when necessary. Top Notch.

The best pediatricians/nurses—Especially Dr Dupuy and Dr Shoffner! They are so patient and knowledgeable and really take their time with the kids/parents. I recommend them to all my friends!

My daughter has been a patient here since she was 2 and she is now 12. Dr. Dupuy got her through years of horrible asthma, pneumonia, and nebulizer treatments. She still remembers him and how great he is and how he always made her feel better. Now she is a patient of Dr. Durand and she has been a great doctor and advocate for Aubrey's growth and struggles. We love this team!!!
