I shopped in the store and was very glad they still had the 6ft Social distancing stickers on the floor!!! Just because NC lifted some restrictions but stood still distance themselves when standing in a line. Thanks Gap!!!

Nice store, helpful staff, good choices. One thing we did learn is that they don't have husky sizes in that store. Those are online.

The only reason I'm giving a star is because you have to..but i see others have had the same idea. I love the area, but this gap should go..it's poisoning the ambiance of the village. This is by far the worst Gap store in terms of customer service I've ever been in. Its very messy...the atmosphere is not welcoming at all, its very snooty and arrogant. All 3 of the most recent visits from me within the same month, I wasn't greeted, asked if i needed help, or anything. The same girl walked past me twice in different areas of the store without a glance in my direction.They watch you, but never acknowledge. Upon check out isn't much difference.. no enthusiasm, or greeting.. you just place your merchandise on the counter then nothing else is ever said after that...it's all up to you the customer to look at the card screen to even know your total. Go to a different location if you can...it's not worth your time.

Not too big of a selection in my size. They did offer to let me ordet to be shipped there though. Guessing that this is the "new way" to shop in this post-pandemic world.

Great store! Always so welcoming and the staff is more than happy to help out their customers.

Extremely extremely disappointed with both employees not wearing masks in the store this morning despite the mandate. What is your company policy for staff & guests?

Nice little store. Didn't see much of a selection. But, the purpose of my visit was to return an online item.

One of the larger gap kids stores with lots of choices. But not all sizes in all models and still liked choices for toddlers
