Kid to Kid is a resale store for gently used childrens' clothing, toys, books, and equipment (and maternity!) Kid to Kid pays cash upfront for the items in the store - or more in store credit. Buying hours are Monday - Sunday, from open until 2 hours prior to closing.

Return policy: Only with tag still attached and full price items within 7 days of purchase. If the tag is removed or if it is past 7 days or if the item is marked down (a reduced price) - the item is final sale!

My review didn’t reflect the experience of selling items, but just buying the items. Items that are sold are quite good. The clothings are pretty good, the price tag is a pretty good deal. The quality of the clothes is better than most thrift stores. The toys are pretty good as well. Some of them are a bit too expensive, but they are usually in a good condition. Check out is a bit slow because there is only one guy manning the checkout process. The staff is not rude, but he should be more friendly towards the customers. The book selection is quite good as well. Parking space is large, the place is quite clean.
Love this place. Kids only wear things for a few months so this store is great for getting gently used items. They do a good job of filtering out items that aren’t too old or worn. Great experience thus far.
Great to buy from. The lady with the bright red hair is very rude and off-putting. She could’ve have said what she told me in a nicer way/tone and not talk over her colleague who I was initially talking to. Other that that, I come here a lot and have only experienced 1 encounter like that.
I give them 5 stars because my experience was good today. Good greeting whith smile on face. They take the clothes they need and the big size I bring for my daughter, they show me where to go sell it. So just put your clothes in good condition and everything will be ok
Was recommended here by someone and bought my granddaughter a stroller for $129. Beautiful stroller but my g baby hated it because it was a bassinet stroller type.. Returned it unused not even 24 hrs later for a different stroller cheaper by the way but they informed me, after a 20 min wait that they would buy the stroller back for a $38 store credit or $32 cash… NOT EVEN 24 HRS LATER!!! And I was getting another stroller with the money. So I had to fork over an additional $68 dollars for another stroller.. First and LAST visit!!! Thanks for the friendly experience.
Hassle and waste of time- lousy experience due to unreasonable employee. Before check out, they offered me credit for very few trade ins bc they don't look at anything on a hanger. News to me, but I understand. I'll remove the hangers and keep shopping. Nope-I'd have to come back later. Sure- I'll have my husband stop by late afternoon. Nope. They will only buy from me once a day and technically they already looked at things not on hangers. Take the rest back home and drive back tomorrow. Seriously?? Just donate and avoid the hassle.
I tried to bring items in to sell and the staff was so rude and ignorant. They waited til I brought all my items in to tell me they couldn’t look at items that were in bags they had to be in containers?? Which I have sold a lot of places and never been told this. I brought in a barley used bassinet and they said they didn’t have the floor space. It seems to me like they staff was to lazy to go though anything wanted to make excuses. But they could have said that before I made 3 trips outside to get stuff!! Never again I’d give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time
Nice place but I don't see what people rave about. This is an average consignment store. Very much just like once upon a child. When I visited they had a good amount of shoes in good condition. They also carried Matilda Jane dresses but they were on the pricey side. The toys and books here are not well organized and disappointing. Currently during covid all employees are wearing masks. There is also a plastic divider when you pay. The balance bike that I saw was an amazing deal, however my baby is still too small for it.
Kid to kid is great! I go there and get like new clothes for less. The employees are always nice and helpful and the store is clean and orderly. There is a great selection of new books and toys that you can’t find anywhere else for your kiddos.
I love that I was able to use apple pay and that at the start of fall, they still had swimming suits!! They even notified about an offer for a free book of the month!! Unfortunately the suit I purchased was too small for my son, so I'm hoping to be able to exchange it tomorrow.
