Dr White Williams is one of the nicest doctors Ive come across. She is very attentive and caring. She made my first visit with her very comfortable.
The staff here was very uninviting and rude. There was a mix up with my insurance, which wasn't my fault. It was the general dismissive that brought me pause. While the lady at the front desk explained the situation, two other staff members looked at my son and eye and whispered. It's was a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience and to tell the truth, very unprofessional. But that's just my experience. Unless you're a long time client, I suggest you stay clear, unless you want to be looked at like you have horns growing out of your head.
Doctor White-Williams is the best doctor I've ever had. She's super friendly and easy to deal with and the front office staff and Healow app exceed expectations.
I absolutely love everything about this office. Everyone there is so personable and kind. I really do appreciate the time and effort they take to make you feel special here. I highly recommend this office for all your health needs.
Dr White-Williams is an amazing doctor. She has a caring nature and really wants to help you get better. She takes the time to listen and that’s very important. I never feel rushed with her. I've never had any problems with the staff and the office is clean. She is a doctor I can trust with my family!
My family and I have been taken care of by both Dr White-Williams and Dr. Lewis since the mid 90's. They are both wonderful people, not just doctors. They love and care they show My family and I is not duplicated with any other family practitioner. If you need to be seen by a specialist, she will make sure you are sent to someone just as caring as she is. We love the entire staff in this office and would never leave them! Dr. White-Williams has been taking care of my children since she told me I was pregnant with my daughter and she is now taking care of my granddaughter! They are officially family! We love them!
Awesome staff and medical services. Dr. Joyce Lewis and Dr. White has been doctors for my daughter for over 10 years and she’s been treating me since 2018.
It makes me sad to give this clinic 1 star because the nursing staff is really nice and the pandemic has been hard on everyone in the healthcare industry. I also liked the location and the community feel of the clinic. I met Dr. White in passing once and she seemed really nice but she wasn't my PCP. The truth is though that I didn't feel that Dr. Lewis cared or was able to treat me properly and I had to seek out another doctor and clinic. I also didn't trust their testing and ended up re-testing elsewhere and it was a much better experience where I worked with a medical staff that was much more up to date on current medical news. I was misdiagnosed because of a lack of adequate testing and simple checking into my medical history and it could have cost me thousands of dollars and unneeded painful treatments that I didn't actually need.
My mom has been with Dr. White-Williams for few years now. She is the most caring Dr. You will ever experience. If you looking for doctor that listens and communicates with her patients, you are at the right place. She is very kind and very attentive to minor details as well. Go and see Dr. Dorothy you will not be disappointed. All the staff members are also very friendly.
