Completely useless. Someone broke into my truck stealing my wallet sound system and a few other valuables. They couldn’t help me at all saying no crime was committed so they can’t do anything about it or try to track the suspect. Thank you for absolutely nothing
My husband and I were out for a run around the valley today, We were almost home, when a police officer didn't get his name stopped along side of us and gave me a water bottle, I definitely needed it! Saying "I think you need this more than me!" he was right, I was having a rough go. I am telling this story because my feed and social media in general has been flooded with so much hate. Posting something positive just seems like the right thing to do. It's the little things. That man giving me water, meant so much more to me. There ARE good people in this world. Don't underestimate the power of random acts of kindness. It definitely made my day! thank you sir.
My husband was pulled over to day in a commercial vehicle and given a ticket. He drives a cement mixer. He was heading to a job site to pour concrete for a foundation to build a home. Doing his job. He came to a stop sign on a hill, a very step hill. To prevent from spilling he has to roll to the stop sign, make a stop then go. This is a 76,000 pound truck. Officer Mazhnikov was sitting in a unmarked vehicle, blue charger, parked illegally, on the wrong side of the road, facing the wrong direction. He then proceeded to make my husband stop on a very steep hill to talk to him. First he said that my husband rolled the stop sign then he said my husband stopped but not long enough. I am confused. Which is it. First of all, brakes fail on trucks all the time. Was it safe for Officer Mazhikov to have my husband park on a steep hill with 76,000 lbs of weight....I think not. And which is Officer Mazhikov did he stop or not, or did he not stop long enough. Maybe my husband should of written Officer Mazhikov a ticket for parking illegally. It is a joke with in a unmarked car a police officer can't even obey the rules. It is not the ticket that is the issue. It is that you have a officer who can not make safe choices on the job, and figure out of he stopped or not. We have enough crazies in the world. We don't need a rogue officer running around on a power trip. We respect police. We don't respect officers who can't obey the rules of the road themselves and figure out what he had pulled my husband over for in the first place. Hopefully Officer Mazhikov can be talked to about his behavior. And maybe Officer Mazhikov needs to drive a mixer on a steep hill. I am pretty sure he can't do it. My husband does not tell police how to do there job. So maybe he should have some compassion for someone trying not to spill concrete and cause a bigger mess. Thank you Officer Mazhikov. Way to go. Protect and Serve.
Well this morning as I was driving up 172nd ave when an unmarked sports car pull into a driveway ahead of me and then immediately backed out right in front of me....of course I laid on my horn. This was not only discourteous, but endangered both of us. THEN after I honked at him he turned on his police lights. I pulled over and he asked me if I had road rage.... I said no that I merely honked my horn because he pulled out in front of me. he gave me a 115$ ticket for "NOISE"..... NOW what do you think of this? Is this what we pay police officers to be doing? Harrassment is what it was!
We are out of state. I called to report a theft of property. The officer was more concerned about messing up their statistics theft. She would not-not could not-she WOULD NOT help me . Big fat zero!
