Losers with no heart. After they couldn't get bogus bail for a 60 year old woman's wrongful arrest they let her out at 1am in the morning in Shawnee yet did not give her her phone, purse and belongings! Left her wandering around 50 miles from home since they use pott county jail with no money and no phone. There's a special place in hell for you people.

Any police agency which could have such a poor hiring policy, as to have hired a person like officer scroggins, deserves to have every single person even involved with the management of this organization, locked up, for good. There are horrifying crimes that happen every day. But few rise to the severity of abuse of power. And even a police officer with a record of excellence, for decades, deserves to be locked up indefinitely, even if they only witnessed something like this, without reporting Scroggins. Shame on everyone involved with this department.

too many horror stories, the police officers of valley brook department are very wrong and make wrongful arrests many many times. avoid at all times. went with a friend to her court date in valley brook and they were screwing everyone left and right. so many people were there for court.

Very unprofessional conduct and appearance. The municipal building on the inside looks like it should be condemned. The people inside have no dress code or any professionalism. They are not good at explaining anything about the laws or proper procedures and take advantage of you for not understanding their poor explanations. Despite any rumors I have heard, I always like to make my own decisions with no regards to others opinions but, as soon as I walked in and saw everything for myself, it was difficult for me to ignore all that I've heard about this department. I believe that they should definitely be investigated and inspected for proper sanitation, knowledge, procedures and techniques that they use on Oklahoma residents. They are a disgrace to the policing community.

I've been in this town for 7 years now. At first I absolutely hated it here but my home is affordable and cute. They got rid of the rotten apples in the tree of the police department and the Chief is trying. But with time you get to know your neighbors and not all are as bad as I thought. Valley Brook is my home until I win the Powerball

I lived here for 10days before I got arrested by valley brook. I was staying with my aunt who lived just outside of valley brook and I was on my way home from work, driving my aunts old truck. I got pulled over for my third tail light being out. Which for those who don't know is the one above your cab. When the officer walked up I had to open the door which I informed him before doing so, the window wouldn't come back up once rolled down. He seemed fine with that. I handed him all my information. He goes back to his truck comes back asks me to step out of the truck to the rear. I thought it was to talk since I could roll my window down he immediately puts hand cuffs on me saying my license is suspended. Which it was not and I had paper work in my wallet to prove other wise. I go to jail had to pay over 600 to get out showed them the paper work they were like o I'm sorry well there is nothing we can do about it now you can show it to the judge. It cost $500 to get my aunts truck back the next day. Then I go to court meet with the district attorney who immediately informs me before I even speak that I am not allowed to pled not guilty. So he was useless to even waste my time. The judge won't listen to anything I say I pled no contest. And get 6 months driving probation. The most messed up part when my 6months was up I get my driving record from the DMV nothing from valley brook was even on my record. These are the most croocked pos I've ever seen. In the end it cost me over 1200. For Absloutley nothing but what should of been a ticket for the third tail light.

Not where you want to spend your evening. The Jail Cell had completely fallen apart-Holes in the Ceilings, holes in the floor and walls. Officers were extremely unprofessional. Be Careful passing by as they are just itching to give ANY AND EVERY body a ticket - for anything. They are willing to lie to give you your ticket as well , I know from experience. Luckily Judge Was Able to see through the set up and dismissed the case against me

My son was arrested and transferred to the county jail. He was a passenger in the vehicle. Arrested for a seatbelt violation. Public intox cause officer said his eyes were red that's because he hadn't changed his contacts and obstruction because he invoked his right to remain silent. Officer wanted him to be angry and disrespectful but my son didn't fall for it. 48 hours in Ok Co jail and cost me $856

So this past 4th of July I was pulled over while driving through valley brook. The reason for me being pulled over was a complete fabrication on the vb police officer. My decision was to fight the ticket so I went to the vb court. I spoke with their city attorney and was put on a 3 month probation. If in 3 months if I didn't get any tickets and provided a clean driving record my case would be dismissed. I was told to get a copy of my driving record no earlier than September 16th. So today I go to get my clean driving record because I haven't been received any infraction and what do I find? Valley brook went back on our written agreement and put the ticket on my driving record anyway! I know I am not the only person who has had a run in with this corrupt police department/ municipality. As a law abiding citizen what can we do to shut this corrupt department down?

Pulled me over for a tag light when the police officers head light was out? Better yet pulled me over outside his jurisdiction. Even better threw my property on the ground and picks it up and said "oops". Also impounded my car after telling me I couldn't contact my insurance agent to prove I had insurance. Said I had to have it on me. This is all on video on my cell phone plus the officers dash cam.
