Spring Valley City Police Department

Needed to file a police report for fender bender. Was told It was like a needle in a haystack trying to find the guy who hit me, although I had his plate numbers. Just felt like the officer was trying not to do the paperwork and direct me to file a Blue form on the net. So good luck to me trying to get the insurance to payout with no report.

Please be careful in this neighborhood and do some research on the Wikipedia. They racially profile please don't drive through this neighborhood at night if you're not Caucasian. This is a small town within a city only a couple of thousand people they have their own mayor and own jurisdiction. The sergeant is very disrespectful very condescending the police officers are condescending I was told " I didn't I tell you this once. "How many times do I have to tell you the same thing" they will provoke and bait you into argument. This is a small town within the city of Houston with private residence. Just like small towns they make their money issuing ridiculous tickets.

Today, on I10 at 5:45 PM exit Campbell. Police patrol 188 changing lane 3 times without signaling, turning right on Campbell during red light without stopping and signal. Leading by example. Good job.....

No surprise on why they write so many tickets, it’s helping pay Lloyd Evans vacations and personal expenses. I’m sure he loves being the peasant he is.

Officers did not want to treat a situation fairly during a 3am dispute call where neither side was helped. The younger crew seems arrogant, as well. They also don't patrol each street enough.

Hey look it’s chief Lloyd Evans in court for stealing $300,000 in overtime pay.

Let's generate some funds for this department and "city" by sucking it out of the poor people who live in the surrounding parts of Houston via speed trap tickets, and what not.
