This was not our first purchase from Havertys. As always, dealing with the employees at this store was a pleasure, specially our Superstar of a salesman "Brandon Little". Brandon exceeds all expectations! He goes above and beyond every time we come to the store. He is patient, polite and a wonderful human being. The impressive quality, the extensive selection, and the affordable prices of the furniture, are the reason we purchased from Havertys, and not their competitors. We are very pleased with our purchase.
Our experience with Scott at Havertys in Greenville SC has been fabulous. He has been patient and allowed my husband and I to come and go as we shopped around! We ultimately made purchases for an office, dining, and bedroom with Scotts help. The service, variety of choices, and value will keep us coming back.
My family had a great experience picking out our new sectional. Kim our sales associate did an amazing job helping us pick out fabrics and making sure what we ordered for our living room fit our space. We would highly recommend buying from Havertys in Greenville.

Have had wonderful customer service with Havertys in Greenville. Will update once everything has been delivered, but so far so good! As stated previously, I wanted to update when my furniture got here. After a long 6-month wait, it is here! The delay was not the fault of Havertys....it was all supply chain stuff with the manufacture. But during those months, Chris Dickenson our salesman communicated frequently and clearly, which was all we could ask. He has been wonderful through the entire process. And Bobbi, our designer, was wonderful to work with. They made three different deliveries so that we could have the items we ordered as soon as possible. In every case, delivery was smooth and the guys were outstanding. Havertys' customer service was top notch, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I would definitely seek out Chris and Bobbi! Thank you!!!
White Glove service is exactly what I need and it extended not only for delivery but to the sales department itself. Scott Wise, aptly named, was so knowledgeable, experienced, well versed and patient. I told him what I wanted and Scott delivered.The furniture is so beautiful, well designed and solid. I found several pieces not even on my list.During my purchase, I came into contact with other sales people, and the cashier. All first class people. Promotional Suggestion: Any purchaser who spends x amount of money in the store,TBD needs to be entered in a lottery of sorts.Just might boost sales during this post pandemic era we find ourselves; extra pillow on the couch, awarded points per thousand? something extra.Why not? Andre is the definition of great customer service! He understood exactly what we were looking for and led us straight to the perfect couch for us.
