This location has the best asset of the entire company - Isaac Laming. Isaac is one of the best people we have ever encountered. He made sure we had a great experience and is a very tasteful designer - giving us many ideas we had never considered. We will continue to do business with Isaac for as long as he is available.
Never got our order. In-store assistance was fine. Items ordered in Oct of 2022 never arrived but were stated to be delivered when tracked, thank goodness we have cameras to prove nothing came to to our home that day... then the items were listed in thr system as lost. PB lost an entire couch? Then a chair was suppose to arrive and still hasn't shown up...since Oct of 2022!!! The Customer service is terrible. The amount of people with similar stories to ours is shocking. It's all over the internet. The fact that PB hasn't reached out to offer anything in return for this terrible experience is awful.
Beautiful store. Good products. Most things were just too pricey for me. I only purchased a few items. I prefer quality goods at reasonable prices. I went to another store to buy the rest of the things that I needed.
Thom - I want to take a minute to say thank you for all that you've done to help me with my home. Not only did I not have the time, but I had zero ability to do anything close to what you've accomplished with the furniture, the art, the arrangement of the pieces, etc. This is even more apparent now that I've seen everything come together - you truly have a gift! More than that, you absolutely went above an beyond in all aspects. I want you to know that I'm very grateful and that I'm really loving living in a fully furnished and professionally decorated home! As someone who is in the business of customer service myself, the type of service, kindness, and the way you advocated on my behalf over these past months was invaluable to me. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been able to work with you, and Pottery Barn is very lucky to have you!
This isn’t a review of this particular Pottery Barn, but rather it’s a review of Pottery Barn in general. We ordered 3 modular bar units online about 3 1/2 months ago. We ordered them online because we don’t have a Pottery Barn where we live. They arrived today, and 2 of the modular units were damaged. In trying to work through getting a replacement for the 2 units, we were placed on hold for 1 hour and 18 minutes. Then, we were told we’re 75 and 78 that we would have to struggle with packing them up and getting them back into the cardboard boxes they came in because we would have to let UPS pick them up. Then we would have to get those large heavy boxes out to the front of the house for pickup. The first person we chatted with was apologetic and very nice, but when she finally got a manager to respond- one hour later - that manager was rude and hostile. I remember when Pottery Barn had excellent customer service, but that was a long time ago.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a designer. Isaac was so polite and helpful. He is a gifted designer with an eye for color! I bought all of the items he recommended for my bed and will be back to purchase the chandelier. I highly recommend him!
Love the style and quality but customer service is HORRIBLE! For the price you pay and the reputation of this company, I expected much better service. Most reputable companies try to make things right, but what they offered me for my troubles was a joke.
Worst experience ordering PB Teen furniture online! Loft bed was finally delivered after months and arrived without rails! Two months later, we are still waiting for the rails! We ordered a loft bed from Wayfare and it arrived in two days. Furniture seems to be the exact same quality as our unassembled PB bed and way less hassle! Wish I could leave zero stars.
I love shopping there occasionally. Nice quality. But I was being watch sad because color of my skin. Couldn't even shop because every where I looked and employee follow me. So sad. But that's not going to stop myself for shopping there again.
