We ordered our bedroom set last year, the woman who helped us made the process simple and painless. We got our furniture set 5 pieces within 6 months or so, but unfortunately one of the dressers got damaged in transit. We had to wait a few more months to get another one since the warehouse was out of stock understandable that’s just kind of how things are right now and they were SUPER attentive to giving us updates as they had them available. We got our new dresser delivered today and it’s perfect!

First of all, if you haven’t visited this place in your search of furniture, then you’re really doing yourself a disservice. I’m not going to knock any of the other furniture stores in the upstate even though I could but the ladies of Marked Down Furniture should win an award for the customer service you get when you sit down to pick out fabrics and settle on the furniture you’re getting. Did I mention their prices are also better than the stores around them? Ok, so the store is smaller than other places, if you know what you want, go in and see if they don’t beat the price for the same piece as the other stores. I also forgot to mention the store is run by a beautiful young woman who has other beauties working for her, nice touch! Seriously, I was greeted today on my pickup day by Mr and was treated as if I had just spent $10k and not the $500 I just did. This isn’t our first purchase and won’t be our last. We have told our friends also who did spend quite a few more thousands than we did, they are happy as well. Great job ladies!

I paid for a sofa, and sofa table. The day before it was supposed to be delivered i was told that the table was discontinued. When i ask for a refund for the table i was told I could not get a refund even though i never received what i paid for. Then after being lied to and stolen from my delivery was canceled entirely. I was told i could pick the couches up or they would just keep that money also.

We purchased a coffee table and a pair of side tables from here. All of it came in good condition. They also helped load it into my vehicle. And they give military discount!

We picked out a couch on Monday and it was delivered today, Thursday! The gentlemen who delivered it were very kind and respectful to my home. The gal who was working when we bought our couch was incredibly generous with the discount we received. We NEVER expected to get the couch we wanted for a steal! Very honest and respectful company!! HIGHLY recommend.

I visited this store a couple weeks ago and was given a quote on a new couch. Unfortunately it was too high for my budget, so I continued to scour the area for something that was closer to my price range. After looking at many, many stores, and visiting several online sites, I went back to a few of them to look again. My hope was to find a red couch, with firm cushions for better upright seating, and no loose pillows for the back of the seat. I almost "settled" for one that really was not what I wanted, but I had looked so much that I was discouraged and didn't think I'd find what I wanted. Before I decided to settle for the one I really wasn't in love with, I went back to Marked Down Furniture to have another look and to see if they could find something for me that was closer to my budget. Briana spent a good deal of time narrowing down pricing, colors, fabrics, etc and I finally decided on a customized couch in a beautiful red fabric that will be dog-friendly, as well, was able to select firm cushions, and I customized the two throw pillows to go with the couch. Yes, I will have to wait a few months for it, but it will be exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased that Briana was able to work with my needs and my budget to give me exactly what I wanted. I felt she went above and beyond the service and personal attention I found at any other area store. Not once did I feel I was being rushed, or that I was a nuisance. Thank you very much Briana! Your service was second to none.

Loved their stuff. I didn't feel like the employees were trying to sell me something, but we're helpful. Sierra spent nearly an hour with me looking up inventory for a particular piece I wanted and was able to find it, secure it, and get me a quick delivery date. I knew I could've bought the piece for $100 cheaper online, but I didn't mind buying it there because it was by far the best furniture shopping experience I've had.

Just received a recent order of furniture from Mark and company. Customer service and satisfaction is always a priority. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Although lead times were longer than we would have liked given the current situation with COVID Mark and his team let us know before ordering and kept us updated until everything was in.
