Our homes are among the best you will find in student housing. Our kitchens are fully equipt with self cleaning ovens, micro-wave, garbage disposal, and dish washers. All homes are completely furnished with leather sectionals, tables, 50inch flat screen TV, full size beds, dressers, desk & chair, grill, and washer and dryers. All of our homes have CO/smoke detectors, security cameras, and off street parking.

Edward and Kimberly Hawley have offered homes to University of Dayton Students since 1999. We live in Centerville, Ohio 20 minutes from our UD homes and our students can count on us to always be on call day or night.
