Many months ago I ordered some arthritis cream from this company, which puts everything on autoship automatically. The cream didn't help my arthritis at all. Since I cancel all autoship orders immediately for anything I buy online, I am certain I canceled this one. This week I noticed a charge for another shipment of cream on my bank account. I was furious as I cannot afford to spend money on useless items. I tried calling the company's customer service number several times and was put on hold for an hour. Then I called my bank to dispute the charge. Today I received an email saying that more cream in coming! I cannot get through to these people. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
When you order at their web site, all products come with ordering default with auto ship. If you are not careful, you will order that way. What percentage of people really order on auto ship? The web site should make you choose the auto ship if you want it. I never order auto ship anything and apparently did that when I ordered. Months later I get all these products. I called and they refused to pay for the shipping back. Seems they are there to take advantage of people. With rude reps arguing with you. I order thousands of dollars from them a year, and they won't send me a shipping label to return the product I never wanted. That is fine, I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and will never order with them again. Too, bad. They will lose some $25K of orders for the next 20 years, because they don't want to pay for a $10 shipping label. They called and make this good for me. Seems they are trying. I will order from them again and hope they fix this auto ship entrapment.
We love the products when we actually get some but the customer service is terrible. We call and place an order and are given a shipping date. Two weeks later we call customer service and are told the order was cancelled by them with a harebrained story our credit card was rejected - the same credit card they used to send an autoship shipment two days prior that we didn’t need. Corporate needs to realize customer service should be a HUGE part of their business. Life Extension has excellent customer service and should be emulated and we will be purchasing even more from them.
In my opinion, the product is very good, but it never worked for me. I tried it for over a year. When I talked with customer service at the beginning of the month to discontinue my auto shipments, I was sent more product. I went on the website one week later and removed my credit card information to stop the automatic shipments. That did not work either and I received another automatic shipment. This is disturbing on so many levels. I called again the next week to stop the shipments and the credit card charges, and again I was assured that the shipments had been stopped. I am receiving another automatic shipment this week. I am not sure what a customer must do to stop the shipments and credit card charges. I do NOT recommend anyone to do business with this company.
Been trying for over a week to get them to ship my 85-year-old mothers paid-for products, or refund the money. I keep getting the run-around from their customer service. It should not take 4+ calls and over a week to get a resolution here. This company sucks - get your products elsewhere.
This is the most incompetent company that I have dealt with. Customer service is abysmal. I used Dr. Whitaker's products for years and thought of them as a good value. Dr. Sinatra's products did not work for me and I found them not as advertised. The company seemed to have had a precipitous fall and I started receiving double orders and the orders were shipped to a non existing address. The delivery people somehow figured out it was me. Calls to customer service were of no value. I finally had to have my credit card company stop payments and ship back the products with explicit notes in bold print. I have no intention of doing business with this company again. I found another formulary to replace Dr. Whitaker, which I find superior and the service is impeccable.
Hope you have lots of patience! I've been a customer of Dr. David Williams since January 2012. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years on his products. I've also recommended his products to many of my friends. NOT ANYMORE. I'm frustrated and livid that their computer upgrade that started in September 2016 is still NOT up and running correctly. I've had several autoship orders not show up because the computer says my bank card has been declined by the bank. Funny thing is, when I've called my bank the biggest in Washington State they said they have never put a hold on my card and there has never been a problem with my card. Dr. Williams' staff don't bother to let the customers know that their autoship products haven't shipped. How long does it take to send an email??? And just how long does it take to get a computer system upgraded and running correctly? The excuses have been forthcoming for 6 months. Enough already! Maybe they should hire fully trained IT personnel and not kindergartners. On a positive note, I have never had a bad experience with their customer service personnel. Wish I could say that for the rest of the business.
Firstly I had an order for one time only yet I was lament five large bottles of Omega Q Plus Max. Customer service was notified and I received a refund, thankfully. Charge was $134 and change. I called the company to discontinue my Dr. Sinatra Cholesterol Solutions because I saw no positive results. Unfortunately I was sent the product anyway. I asked for a refund and was told to send it back on my dime. Not impressed! Also last call I was offered a pitch to buy more supplements. With a 40% discount. Not a satisfied customer Nancy Calvin
Never got an email in re to my order being shipped, called & spoke to Kennedy who stated my order was in limbo when I called to cancel, asked for a manager, got hung up on, called 3xs, more hang-ups, called another number, spoke with Shirley who assured it would be here yesterday, never arrived, called again today, they told me it shipped Monday, according to the tracking number it shipped yesterday. **Do Not Use This Company** I *just* started using Dr.Sinatra Omega Max Q, this would have been my 2nd bottle, *huge* regret, will be searching for an alternative solution & never use this company or Dr.Sinatra. I could have canceled my order, customer service lied...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Total Scam!
I've done business with HD over the past 15 to 20 years with no problems. Now suddenly I don't like how they conduct business. On 4/4/17 I received an email stating that my autoship order was going to soon ship. I called immediately and requested cancellation. I didn't know I had ever established autoship. On 4/12/17 I received notice that my product shipped. I called immediately and left a message with customer service to call me back. They never did. I also left an email that I didn't want autoship of anything. No response. On 4/17/17 I received my product & my credit card had been charged. I called again & requested that any autoship products be canceled…they were all done in error. It's been a hassle trying to cancel the auto ship. I would recommend doing business with another company.
