Highland Animal Hospital

A few weeks ago, my cat was very sick and tests showed his kidney values were too high to calculate. Dr Japheth promised he would do all he could to turn this grave situation around. Cooper was in the hospital for days and the Drs Barkman kept me updated daily, even over the weekend. Today, Cooper had his final follow up and he passed with flying colors. Dr Japheth stated Cooper is a miracle kitty. Dr Japheth, I absolutely agree, but it’s because you have the miracle of healing in your hands. I recommend, without hesitation, Highland Animal Hospital as my fur babies, for 10 years, have received stellar care from each and every doctor and team member. Thank you to all

Even though there was a long wait it was worth the wait to get our pets seen when they needed it. I am glad we can get our pets seen when they need a vet without being told they are full and to go elsewhere. Yes, that happened to us when our dog Jazz had a UTI and needed a vet, and we were told to go elsewhere. My cats and dogs will only be seen at Highland from now on, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

The staff here is so helpful and friendly! I misread their walk-in policy and they still accommodated me and had me seen same day. They were so sweet and gentle with my cat. Overall just an amazing experience and office

almost gave up after I left my info at Highland, but they called in less than 1/2 hr. In an emergency when every hospital told me 2- 3 week away to been seen, Highland saw my needs and accepted me never knew I would cry so much for a cat. all the nonsense questions I asked they answered. Surgery was fast, right after Zappy showed improvement, now giving meds is always a fight with each day she getting more strong. LOL. wait might be long but worth it. [understanding their are other clients being seen with love and compassion .]

This is the 2nd time bringing our cat, Boo here. The entire staff from start to finish were wonderful. So happy to have found them for our pets needs

When I think of Highland Animal hospital due to my dogs recent medical emergency- I think of 3 specifically that are a crucial part of the team. Elizabeth Beth Adams aka skippy, Lacey, and Dr. Nevans. Those 3 have been a literal God send to our family and so many more. To us, THEY are the mvps and I wanted to post a review and give those 3 the credit they deserve for having outstanding patient care, patience, compassion, lots of love for each animal, and lots of love for the pets family. They treat each animal as their own and you just can not compare the level of awesome they are. Im not sure how often you all hear it, but you are valued, appreciated, loved, and needed. You guys bring something to the table that many do not- So much love!! You all somehow are able to be all hands in, and still remain compassionate yet objective. 10 of 10 recommendations for those 3 employees as people to lean on. They have been my saving Grace and my dogs love them so much- they are only comfortable with them. Dogs have a 6th sense I swear. AND they know exactly what im saying. They are loved. So thankful for you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I don't think it's right to tell a elderly person that they have to be there before 4:30pm as a walk in and she didn't know her dog was going to be sick. I told the lady she needs to bring her dog to a different vet from now on. I know someone who stopped taking their animals to Highland animal hospital. They said that there animals get better care where she goes now.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review about our little chihuahua, Tee Willie. He was a sick pup when we got him a little over a week ago. We brought him into HAH for follow up from an emergency visit. The staff was simply amazing. Accommodating, compassionate, and went above and beyond what we ever expected. A special Thank you to Kelly Totten for giving us as much care and compassion as she did for our Tee Wille. Unfortunately he gave into his sickness and passed in his sleep last night. In the short time we had him we fell completely in love with him. He wouldnt have made it this long without the care he received from the staff at HAH. Thank you all who worked with him and gave us the time we had with him.

My dog is patient there for 4 years now. Usually they don't have appointments system we just walk in first come first serve. Today I was there for an 1 hour for just waiting. I was third person signed up but they called us later behind of us. I have patience but my little fellow don't. What kind system is this? Wait too long so you have to think about it.

I have been taking my dog to Highland Animal Hospital for 11 years. The doctors and staff do a great job of taking care of her needs. They are caring and compassionate. The ladies at the desk are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
