Well let’s start by they schedule me for 7:45 am and did not tell me they don’t open up until 7:45 so in my car waited for 15 min than I walk in and it smell like dirty mop and than I was the 1st person in and everyone that came in after me was getting called sat there for 15 min and still no one called was not impressed for my first visit

This place is not mental health friendly at all. Since my wife has extreme anxiety I have to make her appointments and be with her during the appointments, I understand the policy for Covid-19 but it is not mental health friendly at all! The first time I had to talk to a bunch of people to just go in with my wife, my persistence worked, and even told me I can keep coming with my wife to her appointments, but I go in today and everything changed. Which is not good if you have anxiety Anxiety is serious especially if it takes up so much of your life and you constantly have to work around it. I Just took my wife to her appointment today and they wouldn’t allow me to be with her or even stay in the lobby so my wife can have an assurance that I’ll be with her when she gets out. If you have anxiety, do not go to this place, they don’t take anxiety seriously, they say they have nice doctors here, and to be frank I only know of one! Another issue I have is the way the women who work here look at me, they look at me like I’m some evil man! It’s unprofessional! I’m only trying to support my wife the best way I can. Again if you have serious anxiety Do not go here at all! They will down play it and just constantly tell you, it will be fine, try telling someone who has serious anxiety that it will be fine! It’s unacceptable!

This place is SUPER unprofessional and can careless about the patients. I missed a couple of appointments due to scheduling at times. I made it to my last one because the lady on the phone stated to me if I missed this one they would dismiss me. I came the day of appointment, got a check up, have a urine sample but NEVER got a call back and wondered why. They scheduled me another appointment a week later without me being aware and dismissed me. Sent me a dismissal letter and won’t take the fault they caused

I’m 39 weeks pregnant my son is due in 3 days and they refused to see me because I was about 11 min late for my appointment !! I understand it was my fault I was late, but the way the secretary talked to me was very unacceptable ! The secretary went in the back to ask her supervisor is there any way I could be seen considering my due date is 3 days away, and I could hear whoever she was screaming “ well too bad that’s on her she was late there is nothing we can do next time be here on time”! I just don’t think that tone of voice or customer service is acceptable when dealing with a patient who is due to have a baby at any moment! I’m highly stressed I had to walk out because I felt so uncomfortable ! very unprofessional how they handled the situation .

Disorganized office. Be prepared to wait lengthy times in the waiting room or examination room. I was sent an incorrect bill and called FOUR separate times and sent email over the course of the month and was never contacted to correct the bill. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is one woman at the front desk was kind and patient and tried to help me. I should have taken the other reviews seriously before coming here.

I was told to come 30 min earlier for my appointment for urine and blood work. I had 3 appointment back to back. A HOUR past and every person that walked in was called between 5 min. One girl got called in AS SHE WAS CHECKING IN. I'm fuming at this point. Pregnant and holding my pee for an hour. Finally I speak up. And I waited 25 min before getting called for my first utrasound the lady had no words to say off of my horrible experience LITERALLY SAID NOTHING . I didn't enjoy my first time seeing my baby she sucked at showing me my child and what I was looking at Ps pictures SUCKED! Comes appointment #2 MY MIFWIFE WAS NOT IN THE BUILDING mind you I waited nearly 2 hours at this point I just walked out and never returned again. HORRIBLE AND WORSE EXPERIENCE AS A MOM EVER. thanks for ruining my pregnancy experience of seeing my child for THE FIRST TIME.

Worst place. Left me in room for an hour and a half when I was supposed to get my IUD placed. Second time the doctor said they weren't comfortable and to wait four weeks and they couldn't get me in for seven knowing I didnt feel my birth control was working anymore. I ended up pregnant. Now I'm dealing with high bp and they told me to go to my PCP for meds. My bp is consistently high and anytime I've called on call with high bp or literally anything I'm told to sit down and drink water. Even when I've told them I've done that and it hasn't gone down they tell me to call back in a few hours. Well today is the last straw. No one on on call is picking up. My bp is high, my heads pounding and I feel sick. And every time I've gone into the er they act like I'm a bother.

I have been with them for over 8yrs now and yes, you will have some inconvenient run-ins, but overall they are amazing. My favorite is Michelle Burtner... Not only is she amazing at What she does, but she has saved my life and my daughter from serious injury. I will never go anywhere else.

By far the best obgyn I’ve been too In Rochester New York ! My mother also went here and could attest to this statement as well !
