Highland Pharmacy

I have been searching for a few days for a good pharmacy. They took very well care of me. I will be using them in the future for all my medicines. I also love to support small hometown businesses. I will continue to use them!!!

This pharmacy is a small mom and pop shop and once you start filling there they know you by your first name. Every time I walk in the door, they say Hi Taylor! before I even get to the counter. They have been in business for 40 years and also have USPS and a jeweler in the same building. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It's a relief to visit this contract unit over the main office. The lines are never more than 2 people deep and the employees are always smiling. The priority boxes are displayed and are neatly organized on the wall. It's a very convenient place because you can get your jewelery repaired or prescriptions filled in the same place.

I Can't Say Enough Great Things About The Staff Here. They REALLY Do CARE! As Long As You Are Open & HONEST With Them, They Will Work With You. I Have A Rare Condition & I Absolutely Hate That I Have To Take Medicine Every Day Of My Life, But The Pharmacist Nor Anyone Working In The Pharmacy; Has EVER Made Me Feel Bad About The Fact That I Have To Take Specific Medication. They Have NEVER Made Me Feel Judged. I Had A Situation Where My Dr. Closed & They Couldn't Distribute Any RX Under Her Dr #. So They Had To Send My Medicine Back To The Manufacturer. They Called Me The SAME Day To Let Me Know, So I Could Book An Appointment With A New DR. ... They Didn't Have To Do That, They Have Always Gone Above & Beyond To Keep Me Informed. I Always Look Forward To Seeing Everyone On My RX Pick Up Day. We Talk About Gardening, Traveling, Family, Etc. I Don't Feel Like A "Client" I Feel More Like Family. They Get To Know You & Your Needs 1 on 1. If Anything Changes I Can Have My Dr. Call Them With No Problem. Any Time I Travel I Do My Research To See If Where I'm Going, Carries My RX because most pharmacies DON'T carry my RX This Pharmacy Has Transferred My RX Out Of State For Me In The Past, Because I Extended My Vacation & Wasn't Going To Have Enough Medicine. But Before Just Transferring The RX, They Made Sure To Explain To Me That Once It's Transferred It Can't Be Transferred Back. That's Something That I Didn't Know Previously, So They Make Sure To ALWAYS Keep Me Informed. I Can't Imagine Anyone Not Having A Great Experience Here. I Read The Previous Reviews & Saw A 1 Star & I Was SHOCKED. Then I Read The Response ... Look I Don't Know Anything About "Dr. Shopping Or Pharmacy Shopping" So I Can't Speak On That. From My Understanding That Is Against The Law & To Be Honest I Think It's RUDE For A Customer To Potentially Cause Any Sort Of Federal Or Legal Problem For This Mom & Pop Pharmacy. That's Selfish On The Customers End. If You're Looking For A "Shady" Pharmacy, This Is NOT It. They Know The Laws, They Follow The Laws & I For One Appreciate That. If You're Looking For A Pharmacy That Will Help You In Any Way That They Can, THIS IS THE PHARMACY For You !!! Ps. To The Person Who Left 1 Star & YOU Were The One Breaking The Law... Excuse Me But A Big F-U To You. YOU Are The Reason That People Like Me Have To Jump Through Hoops To Not Live In Pain. Because People Like You Mrs 1 Star, Are DISHONEST! ... I'm So Glad That The Staff At Highland Doesn't Just Judge Everyone Based On 1 Person's Actions. They Actually Get To Know EVERYONE On An Individual Basis.
