David and staff are always ready to assist you with your needs. They truly seem interested in your good health.

How are you all so terrible. Every time I come I have a bad experience. Either you don’t have my medicine ready even if I check before I leave, or you just take forever. I have been the first person in line when you open and still have waited 15 mins for a prescription that’s already prepackaged. Also do you let people just drop of prescriptions and just sit and wait blocking your window. This is another issue. I am typing this as I sit here sitting behind a car at your window for fifteen minutes. Meanwhile I have a sign next to me claiming fast service and short wait times. You either need to take that sign down or start laying off your staff and getting more reliable people. This place is the worst.  I want to clarify that all the staff has always been friendly. The major problem is the wait times which become inexcusable. Been picking up from here for over a year now and I never have been in and out in less than 15 mins. Sometimes I have waited up to 30 minutes.

I love Highland drugs, and I love the family atmosphere, however it seems things have gotten a little haphazard and forgetful lately. They need to check to be sure I have all the prescriptions together when we go to pick them up. But I love their cooperation and helpthey give.

Have been there twice for the covid checks and each time Selena think it was her name was very kind and courteous. You definitely have a great employee there.

I chose them because they could process CVS Caremark, which our UMR insurance at the time required.  Convenient and reasonably priced.  Staff is pleasant and earnest.  There have limited stock at that location, but apparently quick access to a warehouse nearby.  So, if you require a relatively rare Rx, you might have to come back the next day.  I do wish they had longer hours.

Highland pharmacy is my go to place for my medicine there very convenient open during hours I can manage and there service is always very friendly, I have been a steady customer for a while now and find there drive thru and home delivery service puts this pharmacy out front. I'm very pleased to do business with highland pharmacy in Glasgow Kentucky... 2 thumbs up today..

The whole staff is wonderful, but David is just the best!! They're fast, friendly and reliable! They haven't made even a single mistake on any of my prescriptions, ever. And you just will not find faster service anywhere!! I won't go any other place!!

It's a great family environment, fast, friendly service, and convenient. Haven't had a problem with them, great staff, my family of 5 gets there medicine from here. Try it you won't regret it

The owner very nice lady working said first my covid test was neg didn't even ask who I was then said postive.. that women sneaky
