With 15 years experience, instructor Gloria Vaughan is certified as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and yoga instructor. These classes offer variety and challenges to anyone and everyone!
Hill Killers Bootcamp (6:30-7:30) is a 1 hour workout consisting of circuit training, 2 hill climbs with short runs, muscle and strength conditioning, core strengthening and followed by 10 minutes of yoga/stretching to cool down. Equipment is often used and can be speed ladders, skipping ropes, and exercise bands. The instructor offers modifications to suit any fitness level and body type.
Bootcamp 101 (7:30-8:30) offers a lower impact, guided workout suitable for beginners of any age and fitness level to enjoy the process of getting in shape and avoiding injuries. This class will do 1 hill climb, use exercise bands, apply core strengthening techniques and finish with yoga. Learn to love outdoor fitness with this class.
The cost of the classes is $10 for drop in or $75 for a 10 class pass punch card, use it when you come!
