I’ve only ever had pleasant experiences yes even at the dentist. It is a family feel. The staff cares about your well being and want to make sure you’re comfortable. The office is tastefully decorated with the home away from home feel and clean.
He sent me to a referral of his friend who was asking for several thousand out of pocket and said if I don't get it done I am no longer a patient of his. That being said I was able to find someone new who was able to get it cover through the ins and got everything done. I am not sure how the same ins was covered. What is sad I've been there for over 16yrs. The staff has always been great and hope they all learn from this.
Very friendly and professional. An earlier appointment came available today and I was able to go in sooner than my appointment. Another pleasant trip to the dentist. Look forward to returning in 6 months for next appointment. Highly recommend them.
Stephanie is the best! I have very sensitive teeth and at my previous dentist every time I had a cleaning my teeth with hurt during the cleaning and afterwards. Stephanie has found a way, it seems magical, to get my teeth clean and use all the products that she supposed to but my teeth don’t hurt at all. I highly recommend this office. The doctor is very kind and gentle in this office. Never tries to push down to work on you that you don’t need or are not ready for.
I called this office twice to make a new patient appt. Left message, and received no response. As I live in the area, I stopped by in person, and made an appt. They were booked out for a month. I made the appt. When I arrived for my service, my appt had been cancelled due to my lack of response to a phone message from the previous day. The office feels that they are not required to return phone calls when busy, but I don’t get the same consideration. I was also not informed at the in person scheduling that the appt was not confirmed. The next available appt was over 6 weeks away. Busy is cool, poor communication is either incompetence, or manipulation. I had to cut my losses
Dr. Holehouse and his team are amazing. They are professional, friendly, welcoming and they take their time to explain everything to you and are more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have. They make going to the dentist as pleasurable as possible.
Couldn’t be happier with this office! Excellent staff. Clean, modern office. Front desk staff is extremely helpful; dental assistants are very knowledgeable and professional. Been to 3 appointments so far and had zero wait!!! It’s so nice when a Doctor respects your time too. Dr. Holehouse is friendly and patient with his patients! Crowns made in house, so no 2nd appointment needed for that service! Excellent quality dental work!
Dr Holehouse did an amazing job! He told me he wanted to “clean up” my front two teeth . I am blown away on how good it looks! I thanks so much!!
I gave a Google review 6 months ago; I still highly recommend Dr. Holehouse, but today I was not impressed with the front desk staff. First, when I signed in, I asked what insurance they had for me. Tammy told me “none,” so I handed her my newest insurance card. She looked at me like I had two heads and, with attitude, said they need 24-48 hours to confirm insurance. I said “that’s not a problem.” She then said that I’d have to pay up front and possibly get reimbursed later. Again, I said, “no problem.” So that was taken care of. But then, during my appointment with the technician, the tech decided to use a different, cheaper method for the impression she was making for my tooth. I agreed to it. When I went to pay, the young woman who checked me out I don’t know her name; I only know she wears eye liner out to her temples, she tried to argue with me about what I owed. I explained calmly that the technician did a different procedure than what they had quoted me for originally, and that she told me it was cheaper by $150!!. The young woman tried to shut me down with her communication and nasty attitude, basically implying that I was lying. She firmly and tersely stated, “you owe $275, just like we quoted you on the phone.” And I said, “no, she did something different and just told me it was around $100.” Finally, she said she’d go ask, which she should have said immediately when I told her what I did. I mean, why would I lie when I was still in their office, and all she had to do was go check!? Anyway, when she came back to the front desk, I asked, “so how much do I owe?” And she said “$125.” So I gave her a look, like “see…I told you so. I wasn’t lying.” and then she still tried to argue with me about why she didn’t believe me. I wouldn’t have even put up this review because people have bad days sometimes, but I got attitude from TWO of the THREE front staff during the same visit!! Highly frustrating and annoying. The eyeliner woman owes me an apology. And if I’m not going to get one, she at least needs to start treating other patients better. Maybe some training in how to communicate better with patients. I have a good mind to find another dentist. EDIT: In response to owner: you obviously did NOT process what I said in my review. Tammy’s attitude about receiving updated insurance in time for my appointment was the least of my worries although after reading other poor reviews re: 48 hours required to process insurance in your office is utterly RIDICULOUS! I see enough varied doctors to know it takes all of 5 - 10 minutes to “update” insurance; not to mention, you’re STILL charging no-show fees to these poor people whom you won’t take the extra few minutes to process their insurance is a form of assault because now the patient is in a catch 22, but you’re still making money! Disgusting.. You should be ashamed of yourself. In your response to my review, you never once mentioned anything about my main complaint, which was that the younger staff member wanted to argue with me at the front desk about my payment when it was more than clear that I wasn’t lying or trying to pull one over on anyone. It was HER responsibility to check with Dr. Holehouse, or perhaps it was Dr. Holehouse’s responsibility to inform the front staff of the change in price BEFORE I had to pay. It was not okay or proper for your staff to argue with me about payment. And then for you to say that I NEEDED TO APOLOGIZE BEFORE WE COULD “MOVE FORWARD” shows just how out of touch you are with your clientele. I had been going to your office FOR YEARS before this happened and considered you to be a friend. Even in my review I said Dr. Holehouse is a great dentist and I still feel that way, but you need to take a long hard look at how your staff treats some patients. They certainly do NOT treat everyone equally. I wish you the best; I really do. But since you won’t take any responsibility for your staff’s behaviors towards SOME patients, I have since found a more understanding dentist who seems to realize the importance of customer service.
