The staff at this location are always top notch. This time they helped me with a return and gave me the name and item number for a skirt and things I wanted that are only plus online. I did find a plus size corset/belt thing in store which I'm pretty happy about

Promised they'd hold my stuff until the entire order was complete and promised that the one bag I got was containing all the items from order. Neither were correct. Annoyed overall on the storefront not being accurate as well as the 1800 customer services lines. Such huge degrees in separation and disconnect so bad.

Store was supposed to be open by 10 according to posted hours on both the mall sight and google. figured I would wait around to see if the postedh ours were wrong or to see if they were just running late. Even after waiting until 11 there was no sign of anyone inside.

The employees are always SUPER NICE!!! And extremely helpful to this very short mother that ALWAYS needs the clothing at the top of the wall.

Some items there are pretty cool and unique and hard to find them anywhere else. But the prices for licensed products are usually higher than other retailers. But good deal when they have clearance promo. But Their clearance items are not always marked correctly and sometimes they are not even marked as clearance, I will ask the associates to scan the price, but they always argue that is correctly marked, but they know they are wrong after they scan it.

I ordered special item online for store pickup. Ready when expected. Friendly staff easily found my prepaid order.
